Why is it that those anglo pundits don't seem to have a clue about the French coaching set up ? Sean Edwards here, Sean Edwards there... nobody ever mentions the attack coach Laurent Labit even though France had the best attack in this year tournament and scored several first-phase tries. Nobody ever mentions the forward coaches William Servat and Karim Gezal even though the French pack is generally regarded as pretty decent. Nobody ever mentions the kicking coach Vlok Cilliers even though they praise France's kicking game. Nobody ever emphasizes Galthie's tactical brilliance despite France being arguably the most consistent test side in this world cup cycle. No, it's all Sean Edwards in the eyes of those ignorant so-called pundits...
You can just tell this team are always thinking about what's next? They no there a special group and don't rest after one trophy, This is the first time I'm confident that they haven't peaked to early and they all believe in each other, Even against England I knew they'd find a way to win they don't panic which is a massive thing in any sport, Pity the way our group falls and what teams we mite get in the WC but have to beat the best if you wanna be the best and this team definitely wants that... Best Ireland side ever with the conveyor belt of talent coming through the game looks good here for longtime to come...
Lowe has turned out to be an excellent winger ...looked a bit dodgey defensively early on but has improved spectacularly..All the top teams have players from other countries nowadays ..it's a part of the modern game .Hansen Aki and Lowe are a major bonus for us ..Ireland at the moment are at our best ever level . So glad we have a strong panel and cover in every position...please God the team will land the Webb Ellis Trophy ( be some send off for Johnny Sexton)
YES!!!THIS WAS MY BIRTHDAY BEST BIRTHDAY PRESENT EVEEERRRR!!!!๐๐๐๐๐๐(i'm obviusly from Ireland)๐๐๐๐๐๐ณ๐๐๐งโ๐
As somebody from the Republic, but living overseas for several years, I have to say I am fed up with the finger-pointing and blame game that has gone on in the north eastern corner of Ireland for years. The Republic, however, has a role to play in putting that behind us and they are not doing so - at least have a governmental level. The Republic of Ireland government should be making conditions highly attractive for unification, and for recognition of a different tradition to the majority of people in Ireland. Itโs time Irish people recognized that we have more in common than what separates us. This is tribalism and it needs to stop; we need to do small things in Ireland to encourage better relations, more friendly relations, more accepting and more welcoming relations between the communities. Just as the nationalist community in the north, never excepted and forced partition. The loyalist community will never accept and forced reunification. The more amenable approach would be to put away red lines and start seeking common ground; I donโt expect my wish will be granted but I agree with Joeโs approach.
Im not a big rugby fan but im a big fan of how the teams players and fans conduct themselves.True sportsmen and sports people,we can all learn from them.

Is that an Irish accent?
Hand the RWC over to Ireland already so they don't have to face a QF.

yes
Amazing player so quick and powerful
Poor guy having dan sheehan to replace in the fucture good luck lol
Brilliant
Definitly most underrated player in the six nations he was amazing
Kiwi winger. Aussie winger. Kiwi scrum half. Kiwi centre. How many more legacy players will they have by the world cup.
You forget the 99 percent irish born players numpty all countries have players not born in there country
Indeed.
@Rudi De Dog Ireland have plenty of good wingers so why do they need a kiwi winger and a aussie winger. Plenty of scrum half options.
All the top tier countries have foreign born players, it's the way of the modern game
Even as an irishman you cant say he aint england best 10
Serious player
Grumpy
Johnny you and the team, management and fans have done us all proud ๐ฎ๐ช๐ฎ๐ช๐ฎ๐ช๐ฎ๐ช

AW your a class player love watching you play stay safe and well
I think France u20 was a better team this year
@Belisaire Both team's had to deal with the same ref, if you want be a better side then improve you're discipline.
Well they werent better because they came 2nd and lost to Ireland.
@Finnan Fitzgerald you mean because the refs allowed to play a cynical gameโฆ
No they werenโt . Two years in the trot they lose to Ireland, even with the refs allowing to play a cynical game
As long you say he's a kiwi im fine with that. He ain't irish. A new zealander wearing a green jersey.
Well done my friend keep it lit ๐จ๐ฎ
