My first and only experience with sleep paralysis was when I was in elementary school (primary school) where there were too many people at our house to sleep in a bed so I had to sleep on a couple chairs but whatever. I have a terrible memory but I remember it as plain as day. My eyes were open, it felt like I was fully awake, but my body couldn't move. Then a girl came out of nowhere and sat on my chest. I could even feel her weight and it was hard to breathe. I honestly don't remember anything past that. I can't remember how I "woke up" or anything but I do remember that after that, I stopped watching horror movies for a while. 😅 But even though I was actually pretty scared, I kinda want it to happen again. I just want to feel it again and to completely confirm that it was real. The brain is a strange organ.
