  • When I watched this fight I thought GGG edged it by a round or two. If Canelo took it by a round it'd be a bit shocking but somewhat justifiable. The judge who scored it 10 rounds to 2 in favour of Canelo should be banned from judging a boxing match ever again.

    • @Curiouser and Curiouser Rofl. Irony is thick.

    • 1000% Agree. Watching it initially I had it 7-5 GGG. Rewatching it a dozen times, I always come out to either 7-5 GGG or 6-6 Draw (but I did score it 7-5 for Canelo once or twice). That 118-110 Canelo card should be the end of Byrds career.

    • Yet she judges again and again

    • bryhhh haha🤣😅😂

    • @Michael Keenan Guess who wears the pants? 😆

  • I've watched this fight quite a few times and the closest I can get it is 7-5 GGG. First time watching I had 9-3 GGG. 118-110 is criminal!!

    • @James Diamond Telefonno

    • @Mike Adams I think so too, like I say I had it 9-3.

    • Giving canelo 5 rounds is extremely generous

    • @Carl He literally walked down Canelo all night long. Canelo lost point blank. There needs to be a trilogy.

    • @The legend I’m a grown up, I’m a fan of boxing, they’re both great boxers to watch

  • Golovkin honestly would make the greatest bare knuckle boxer in history. His fundamentals skills are out of this world. Barely any wasted movements, Godly jab with godly timing, insane subtle defensive movements to avoid critical damage, iron chin always tucked under all circumstance, footwork and balance always on point to cut ring off and deliver effective shots at required distance, strong asf etc

    • @Mike Adams He needs to retire though, otherwise he will get an L on his record that nobody can dispute. It would be sad sight to see his granite chin finally get cracked.

    • @mcprotein I think a lot of people thought canelo was invincible at a time but now he’s been proved to be human

    • @Mike Adams derev beat him

    • @James Robert he shouldn't have an L on his record. At worst that was a draw. First fight a clear win for GGG

    • It took corruption to dethrone him after all else failed.

  • The mutual respect from these 2 is the definition of boxing. Both knowing they were not gonna win by knockout but by points

    • @Chapter Master Moloc Hate and Respect 2 different emotions.. You can hate someone but same time you feel respect..

    • @BruceLee'sDJstudio well it's true. And he still got whooped and needed to bribe the judges

    • Because it's true

    • @Chapter Master Moloc ggg keeps saying that, his hurt

    • They actually hate each other, Canelo said in the interview that he hated GGG because GGG accused Canelo of using illegal substance.

  • This fight definitely was won by *GGG.* Effective agression, ring generalship, & clean shots. I truly believe *GGG* did better.

Canelo got the first half of that round by landing clean shots while GGG kept establishing the jab and landed a few shots as well in the second half. I gave Canelo the edge because he answered a few of the shots landed by GGG in the second half. I stand by my call

    • @Coach yvantE CANELO WON R11? You are crazy! The landed punchs of each other is totally different. GGG landed more than Canelo. And Canelo doesn't anwser as much as GGG.

    • @Alan Cortez Look at the jabs,GGG throws a lot of jabs, land on Canelo,THE SCORE IS UNFAIR!

    • Never got the chance to watch the fight but after carefully reviewing this here’s the result: 114-114. Canelo won R2,3,5,9,11 and 12. GGG got 1,4,6,7,8,10. First judge needs to be tested. Second one gets a pass because R1, 5 and 8 could’ve gone either way

    • @Alan Cortez Have to correct that statement about power punches scoring “more” in boxing. That particular scoring criteria is simply “punches landed”. Power shots would only be considered as more significant if the output was exactly the same from both fighters and one boxer was throwing jabs exclusively and the other throwing just power shots…it would be relevant also if there was a huge power disparity and one fighter just wasn’t doing any damage with the punches landed. In this fight neither situation was present. I don’t have a particular issue with the 2nd fight result however as Canelo was far more active and wasn’t waiting as much for the counter opportunities.

  • I have so much respect for how hard GGG pushes himself each and every round. He goes to the corner knackered and comes out to put in an equally hard round straight afterwards. Incredible recovery from 100% output repeatedly

    • @NG23 MY BAD BRO

    • @HOMEMADE nah bro, never said he was. He's my favourite fighter. I just found it hilarious that the comment was literally describing word for word what people attribute to doping

    • @NG23 BRO GGG IS DIFFERENT FROM US. TRAINING SINCE KID MAINTAINED IT TIL NOW. ITS HARD WORK DEDICATION AND CONSISTENCY DUDE NOT DOPING

    • U remember Mayweather was running he was just fighting fighters on his schedule

    • Canelo, the new Mayweather.. running and hyped

  • Iam BIG Canelo fan, but GGG was ROBBED in this fight 100%

    • You’re wrong. Never got the chance to watch the fight but after carefully reviewing this here’s the result: 114-114. Canelo won R2,3,5,9,11 and 12. GGG got 1,4,6,7,8,10. First judge needs to be tested. Second one gets a pass because R1, 5 and 8 could’ve gone either way

Честно

    • GGG is super boxing zombie

    • @David Um I agree. I’m a fan of both. But this GGG look much better than the GGG in the second fight. He a draw is not a success you leave it tossed. But I don’t think Canelo wants to fight him again.

    • that is an honest comment coming from Canelo fan. GGG dominated and outworked and clearly should have won by unanimous decision.

  • Second time i watched this fight, just for my own curiosity. How that commentator had it 6-5 going into the 12th just shows how ridiculous host bias is towards a fighter. I had it 8-3 golvkin going into 12th, and really could have been 9-2. Golovkin easily won that fight. Canelo should have about 5 losses on his record. The most corrupt sport ever

  • Golovkin won, period. When you score it 10 rounds to 2 in favor of Canelo, you rob the fighter as well as the fans. Great fight! Terribly disappointing ending. Nobody pushes Alvarez around like that.

    • @King K. Rool Yeah they did in terms of lost rounds. I agree. But if they’d given it to Canelo. Some bs.

    • @Carlos Solis they actually did rob bivol. Bivol almost won every round but, judges claimed Canelo won four rounds almost leading it to a draw.

    • And now Bivol pushed him around. Glad judges didn’t rob him.

    • @King K. RoolWilfrid Binetez was 17 Mike Tyson was 19 when they ruled, What you actually mean is that Floyd was too busy beating legends of the ring, he was also deep in his 30s while Canelo was just 23, he's been beaten in 2 very one sided fights, facts!

    • @1pr007 Canelo actually was not all that experience at that time. If you look at Canelos first 42 opponents none of those guys were even a B class fighter. They were mostly bums while Floyd was the getting the real experience cause he was fighting elite fighters like Oscar Dela Hoya, Zab Judah, Marquez, Cotto, and Castillo which the Castillo fight Floyd clearly lost but, made Floyd a better fight and then he beat Castillo in the rematch.

  • What a fight, we haven’t seen anything near this level since. That jab of Golovkin is special.

    • @Flashback No señor.

    • @Flashback ggg won both fight, GGG robbed

  • One of the best middleweight fights ever. 115-114 Golovkin. 116-114 Golovkin on a second view.

  • Im a canelo fan but sometimes you got to be real and give respect to a fighter that put hands on you the whole fight. Nothing but pressure and solid work by GGG. The crowd realized and witnessed canelo getting hit and running the whole time looking gassed out with his hands down

  • I'm not saying who has won and who has loss. But, undoubtedly everybody will agree with me that this is one of the classic fight in the boxing history.

    • @AnxiousCowboy first time I've heard that, cheers partner it made me laugh ✌️

    • So many Canelo haters here

    • The typos 😭

    • @Nguyen Dao Minh it was a classic flight the reason why is they gave the decision to the wrong person

    • Trips won all of them soaol Canelo Alvarez wins every decision because he fights the last five rounds takes two of the first seven every fight if he doesn't knock somebody out

  • I scored two rounds 10-10 in the fight, but overall 116-114 in favor of GGG. I can't picture a world where Canelo wins this

    • @jack Kk can't, cause it aint happen

    • try picturing the world where triple g lost about 10 years of his life taking so many headshots to keep up the appearance of steady pressure.

  • What a fight, what a clinic. We can (and should) argue about the score, but this is why I love the sport. And the mutual respect is always, always, appreciated. Two of my favorite fighters of all time.

  • As much as I love Canelo, Golovkin won this fight hands down. I look forward to the rematch!

    • cannel 7-5 and won the second

  • What a great fight! Neither man should've lost, but alas, there can only be one, and it was Canelo... I remember GGG from his first ever fight and KNEW right away despite his rawness that his power would carry him far, and it was amazing to watch him develop into the fighter he turned out to be.

  • Watching it back I got it 116-112 GGG. The middle part of that fight was dominated by GGG, constant pressure, better shots, canelo with the better movement and counter punches but not enough to win the rounds. Canelo would win the first minute but GGG takes over after that every round. One of the judges had it 118-110 Canelo, that’s a robbery if I ever see one.

    • learn boxing. counters and defense of canelo was spot on 7-5 or 8-4 canelo

  • I remember scoring the first three for Canelo, the next six for GGG and the last three for Canelo in a late-fight rally. One of the closest fights ever.

    • You know how to score a fight about as well as Adalaide Byrd then.

    • not even close. you are trying to justify judges score cards.

    • .

    • @bee vee Ridicoulous hahaha

    • @Alex Bengi Boxing is most corrupt sport. That's how it happens. And Canelo got a draw with Mayweather on one card!

  • Both were great but in my opinion GGG took the upper hand 😭

  • It is astonishing to see how the contender went constantly backwards and lost almost all rounds but still got a draw. Seeing Golovkin boxing is a beauty.

    • @dm gmail So did I, Canelo was lucky to get 2 rounds for me.

    • @HyDra stan bro yes almost every round tf?!? Now 118 110 GGG is a score a logical fan of boxing with only an average knowledge of the sport could even if they saw it as closer at the least be able to comprehend the thought processes and perceptions that could lead to said score..118 110 ALVARES has this logical fan of average knowledge looking around for the commission like if yall don't hurry up an indict this idiot send both him and his payers to jail for tht bullsht make belive scoring job.🙄

    • @Zachary Nowak it was a blatant robbery

    • Just because Canelo is moving backwards doesn’t mean he is losing the fight. Canelo made GGG miss so many shots. Boxing is hit without being hit. It was a very close fight. I have been a fan of GGG but I liked the power of Canelo punches and how he would make GGG miss so much. It was a tough fight to score shows you they need to make a system with replays to decide these fights. Watch the fight in slow mo it’s whiff city by GGG surprised some of the fans didn’t get blown over.

  • Canelo on the back foot!! You don't see that often. GGG won this. All day, any day.

  • I thought Canelo won rounds 2 and 10. Other than that, he was just outboxed. Gennady constantly backed him up, constantly snapped his head back with the jab he was landing constantly throughout the fight, and just outdid him in general. I didn't think it was that close, I thought Gennady won very comfortably. A draw alone is blind robbery. 118-110 for Canelo? It is in my opinion that Adalaide Byrd should never be allowed to judge another fight ever again.

  • Best fight I saw for decades. Golovkin deserve to win this for sure.

    • canelo wins, triple g took way harder shots. triple g probably lost several years of his life for this fight. kept up pressure even when the cost was taking major head damage. canelo just accepted the dude's appearance of pressure cause he knew triple g was ready to die for this win.

  • I'm a big Canelo fan, but I totally agree that the decision should've gone to Golovkin. He was landing the cleaner shots and was controlling the ring the entire time.

    • GGG was missing all his shots!

    • He spent a lot of time on the ropes while ggg was the aggressor. Canelo hits hard. It look more dynamic however ggg was landing way more quality shots. There both absolute champions.

    • That decision was not a draw, and that first card tally was garbage! Triple G won that fight handily!

    • Canelo had more punches landed in this fight

  • This is truly one of if not THE best middleweight championship fight I've ever seen in my life and there is just no denying that these two gentlemen are two of the greatest middleweights in our time guys. Triple G slips past canelo Alvarez on the greatness chart imo but only because canelo won belts from triple G that he did not actually win so triple G gets to be known as the better boxer. If you 💩 on his legacy canelo then you lose the right to be better than triple G is

  • 4:34 Canelo almost knocked that camera man over 🤣🤣 Btw GGG got robbed

  • Man..that right hand in the 5th. Had Canelo been in the middle of the ring that would have knocked him down. Ropes saved him from the canvas there

  • Great fight by two of the best of their era. GGG won this in my eyes. Canelo seems to impress judges by landing a few heavy shots per round, they seem to ignore his opponent's more frequent but lesser hits.

    • @Mr. Tboy tell me

    • @Alessandro Silvestri ...Your on the right track, but would you like to hear the actual truth?

    • @Aldo Portillo Alday Jesus Christ stop embarrassing yourself. I’m amazed you even know what a percentage is 🤦🏽‍♂️🤪

    • @Mary Quintero no My friend. Mayweather hit canelo with almost every punch he threw and most important, canelo barely landed a couple of punches per round. This Is to outbox. Differently canelo was outpointed and Outlanded by golovkin in their First fight. Golovkin landed more or less the same Number of Power punches of canelo (most of which on the head while canelo targeted more the body) plus golovkin landed more than One hundred jabs and golovkin jabs are not like Khan's ones, they are powerfull and effettive ones, which were landing clean on canelo's face all' night long. You can see by how his head was rocking and bouncing every time. No way canelo won round 9,10 and 11 in that First fight. Round 12 was closer but in a close round you should prefer the One Who push the pace of the fight anc control the center of the ring

    • @last first your take is Lazy and pathetic to top it off you think Thiers no argument to be made because of the landed total that's just sorry

  • No one can watch this fight and say there was an obvious winner but 118-110, give me a break. Great fight.

  • Going back and watching both fights you see how criminally underrated GGG's defense is. Anyway I love Canelo but GGG is 2-0 against him

    • @Thegoatofboxing crazy because he’s backing up means ggg is winnning crazy

    • @Paolo Azce a lot of shots were blocked by his gloves. Go back and actually watch it without getting hype by the crowd noise

    • Ok buddy😂 GGGs defense couldn’t stop Canelos hooks on his face

    • @Ghost cry soft baby boi

  • 41:52 never in my life have I seen someone take such a monstrous blow and eat it like it was nothing

  • There's absolutely no way that canelo won this fight, plus it only goes to show that nobody has any chance of getting a decision against him especially in the USA. 👎

    • This was a draw in the first place so what are you going on about

    • Canelo might have won the decision in the USA but lost badly in the USADA.

  • Canelo looked like a man who knew that his team bought one judge during the fight.

  • Amazing fight, I really enjoyed it, respect to both.

  • The big right hand that GGG landed on Canelo in the 5th rd turned all the momentum to GGG. Canelo kept shaking his head "No", but it hurt him and you saw the effects over the next few rounds. Canelo backed up more and more and GGG got more and more confident.

  • The more you watch this fight, the more entertaining it is. This fight was extremely hard to score… I see why it was a draw, but that one score by the judges was insane. The fight was generally in favor of GGG

    • @Redeemed which 9 rounds?

    • @Jorge Ochoa eh

    • @T.D IV PL

    • GGG 9 rounds to 3. Easy. No where near a draw. GGG was robbed

    • @T.D If a draw was fair in fight 1, how can you say Canelo won fight 2. There was more daylight in fight 1 than fight 2 and you know it.

  • GGG won . Canelo was running all the fight

    • Dodging his shots you started watching boxing two days ago you know nothing😂

  • I would love to fight these guys when I was younger. Two great fighters.

  • Canelo lost this fight but, he continued to become greater after each fight he struggled which is what I call a true P4p fighter

  • 115-113 GGG is definitely the most accurate score card. 118-110 is the reason why I stopped watching boxing and started following UFC.

    • @Adam Smith if you like UFC better that's cool, but boxing is not "dying" lol they get paid more then mma fighters, shows and ppv still bring in views, million views on ID-tv with trending videos after big fights..

    • @James fair point, it's a bit harder to judge but I like how the UFC makes the best fight the best and they don't have someone that they favour soo much like canelo now or Mayweather back in the day. or wilder when he faught fury. the sport is too corrupt. the fact that you can literally have 4 champions in 1 weight class and they may never fight eachother and even if they did they can get a huge robbery victory is just absurd. catteral Vs Taylor was absolutely disgusting and will never happen in the UFC. what makes it worse is how Taylor is robbing in everyone's faces and acts like he's the champion when he got absolutely schooled.

    • @BoutDatStrenuousLife go watch Max Holloway Vs volkanoviski 2, read the comments there. it was a very close fight . max Holloway barely win and volkanoviski won a split decision. everyone was complaining and crying about the decision.i was soo confused why people were actually mad about the decision it was a very very close fight. this is why UFC is better. and I didn't say MMA I specifically said UFC. boxing is falling off now and despite the fact that I'm a huge of boxing and started boxing when I was 9 I'm actually really happy to see it die. because of the bs judges and corruption. UFC has one champion each weight class and one organising body which forces the best to fight the best. it's literally 100 times better organized than boxing will ever be.

    • Mma judging is actually worse because it's not even corruption, it's just incompetence

    • Did you guys know the same judges who score boxing events score UFC events as well? 🤔 It's true

  • I score it 116-113 for GGG. Great fight from both men but GGG is a different animal. Always going forward and at some point running towards Alvarez.

    • @Jaw I agree actually canelo never won neither fight

    • @Chika Rayleigh She was cross eyed, obviously someone was in her pocket.

    • Y de que murieron los quemados!!

    • Because Canelo is a show maker and Golovkin literally beats people to death, basically the judges didn't want this dude bashing people brains in so they kept Canelo because he can make a show/ entertainment

    • About the same

  • Bivol clearly did the most damage to Conelos face in any of Conelos fights. Maybe GGG hurt him the most and Floyd made him miss the most but Bivol did most damage.

    • Out of all Canelos fights I’ve never really seen him “hurt” just out boxed at times

    • @Kiboma420 yeah

    • Bivol definitely outclassed him more than GGG that they simply couldn’t rob him

  • There is no way this was a draw. GGG won this one decisively.

  • Dude, this is the most technically proficient boxing match ive seen in a long time.

    • @CRUZ1N Bivol? A LHW? Can’t compare. Hmu when GGG moves up to LHW

    • @luis vargas just look at his most recent fight against bivol and compare the results to this fight and many others alike. smh, still a great fighter no doubt but js

    • @Boxer122 oooo

    • @Jacob Hill $

    • Ä

  • GGG fighting exactly how he was in round one, in round twelve and then the commentary said Both fighters exhausted 😂

  • It's amazing to think that this is the last fight where canelo had to back paddle against a fighter. And yet he is the one who moved up to 168 and 175, not GGG

    • WBC franchise belt 🍒

    • Canelo ran and decided to cherry pick at 168 and 175

  • At the end of this fight Clenelo threw his arms up as if to say ... W'hey I didn't die. I made it twelve rounds with a supergreat G. The only g.o.a.t in this ring on this night . I say it and stand by my word because no great in the history of greats had to lie or cheat or bribe their way to victories. Clenelo Alvaroids is the g.o.a.t of clenbuterol

  • "A" for Sportsmanship. I appreciate the respect they exhibited toward each other at the end. Well done, guys!"

  • AMAZING FIGHT!!! but at 56:06 you can see that nelo knows in his heart he lost that fight ToT !!! I've NEVER seen him look like that after a fight before bro..... INCREDIBLE performance by both champs regardless !!!

  • One thing I noticed about ggg... he was willing to fight and slug it out with canelo but when he fought lemieux he stuck with a pummeling jab from a distance.... shows how much he respected that power in lemieux

  • Gennady's Jab was the reason he won this fight. From Round 1 to Round 12. He threw a jab that constantly snapped Canelo's head back. I truly don't understand how this fight wasn't a win for GGG.

    • @Tameron Wesley 'stalking' doesn't win fights and doesn't win rounds...you have to be landing cleanly on the scoring area of opponent...and avoiding someone's shots and power by covering up, bobbing and weaving etc itself is scored for defensive skills...and it means also Canelo respected Golovkin's power and avoided it...So they would have had effect if they landed, but Canelo made him miss by footwork, guard and head movement...Canelo was landing the cleaner and better shots...Canelo won if you understand boxing, but most people don't. You can make a better case for Golovkin in the rematch where Canelo stupidly bowed to public and media pressure just to stand and trade with Golvkin, and therefore got hit cleanly more often.

    • 2 reasons 1. Judges were paid off 2. Canelo's doctor was able to hide the Clembuterol in his system

    • Judges were blinded by the marketing value of Canelo, they just dont realized it will affect the legacy of Canelo

    • @504 Catracho ganó el canelo compa

    • Money talks!!!

  • 118 to 110 Canelo??? That judge must've been paid off. Crazy.

  • I love Referee Kennybayless's FOOTWORK!🔥He moves with the fluidity of the fight, not engaging just breaking when needed, letting them fight inside. Couldn't ignore the great job and footwork moving orthodox to southpaw, pivoting in and out. True Master Referee.🥊🔥💯👑

  • Golovkin definitely won this fight. Barely won but he won.

  • Golovkin really deserved to win. His right was taken and I hope he wins the third fight.

  • GGG Got this. I only blamed him for too much head hunting even when Canelo was on the ropes. He needed some body works.

  • This could've have very easily been a Ggg victory but giving how well the great Canelo countered Ggg's aggression saved him from a defeat.

  • I had ggg winning it 7 rounds to 5 crowds reaction tells you everything he outlanded Canelo in most rounds had him on the back foot the entire fight and the judge that scored it 118-110 must of been getting high on Oscar’s supply the night before😂 absolute disgrace should never judge again this is where boxing let’s it’s self down BIG time!

  • I was rooting for Canelo, but GGG clearly won this match. The 118-110 score for Canelo was ridiculous! Even if this fight were were ruled a draw, GGG would still have been robbed blind!

    • Respect to the Mexicans and Latinos who have integrity to admit GGG won.

    • @Ed Murry I watched the compu box punch count for both bouts. GGG was robbed

    • Canelo took it by one round

    • Golovkin's clear victory! He was better in at least 8 of the 12 rounds. He had the initiative all the time. It has been proven once again that professional boxing is the most corrupt sport in the world.

  • A lots of fans know that GGG won Canelo at the 1st fight. And Canelo knows it too.

    • @Zayd Depaor thank you people are allowing their emotions get the better of them

    • No he doesn't, as he boxed better, showed better defensive skills and landed the better shots...Golovkin was walking forward, missing a lot and getting hit...you don't win rounds by walking into punches.

  • Great day and even more great fights!

  • 6-6 Draw or 7-5 GGG!!! Some of those rounds were extremely difficult to score!!

  • I first watched the 2 fight , and after turned on first fight to check obviously who won. In first fight GGG work like number one and pushed whole fight. No chance for winning to Canelo. Second fight all changed, Canelo took middle of canvas and pushed GGG, but GGG worked effective and better on counterattack more often accepted fight then do this Canelo in first fight..

  • i’ve watched this fight like 5 times in the past and gave the win to Canelo; The 6th time watching it today on the treadmill and have GGG winning by at least 2rounds.

  • I watch this like once a year when it pops up Great fight Don’t agree with the result but whatever Respect to both fighters

  • Rounds 3-4 and 9-12 are close enough to score the fight a draw. Canelo: 1, 2, 3*, 9*, 10*, 12 GGG: 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 11 *swing round If I had to pick a winner, I would go with GGG’s constant pressure and output. Canelo fatigued and started fighting in bursts, trying to steal rounds like a prime SRL.

  • I had it 116-112 Golovkin. A draw isnt too unreasonable as there were a couple of close rounds but 118-110 to Canelo is ridiculous.

    • @Zhandos 17N fortunately you're not a expert

    • 11 round - Canelo-103, GGG-106, 12 round - Canelo 113, GGG-115. GGG CHAMPION

    • @Luffy Monkey fr💀

    • @Juk so happy that dude ain't a judgw

    • @JLNC canelo definitely did have the more effective power punching but GGG ring control/forward pressure and jab was very effective. It was for sure a close fight. I can see how someone could see it as a draw but there’s no way canelo did enough to win convincingly. I give it to GGG by a few rounds give or take, but I don’t think a draw is a bad decision.

  • I am a big Canelo fan but I think Tripple G won this fight clearly. Like always, tko your opponent and take the decision off the hands of the judges period.

  • GGG won this match period. Judges and the whole system behind this organisation are disgrace to the humanity.

  • If after watching this you don't think GGG was ROBBED, you absolutely don't know anything about boxing. 7-5 to GGG and I'm being generous to Canelo

    • @GyariSan1 He’s never gonna resolve his business now that GGG is beyond over the hill. He waited till GGG was old but arguably lost, now it’s not even reasonable anymore. His comments prove he knows it was a fix but what can he or GGG do about it anymore

    • Canelo recently have said that he has "unfinished business" with Golovkin. I mean, interpret it anyway you want, but to me that implies he himself doesn't feel secure about his victory over the Kazakh, that he knows both fight decisions were extremely controversial. He wants a decisive 3rd win to end the discussion once and for all.

  • EN ESTA PELEA, VI PELEAR A ÁLVAREZ TIPO MAYWATHHER ,TODO EL TIEMPO PARA ATRÁS, GGG EN TODO MOMENTO BUSCO LA PELEA.

  • Great fight from both GGG takes the win for me 💯

    • You just started watching boxing 6days ago keep riding with the crowd 😂🤣

  • the guy at 59:30 tells it all... bravo GGG for victory !

  • This was a very close fight but I had it 7 rounds to 5 rounds in favor of Golovkin. Canelo spent way too much time backing up and eating shots against the ropes. 118-110 in favor of Canelo by that one judge was an absolute joke.

    • Canelo himself knows he lost this fight its the same body language he shown to mayweather when he isnt figuring things out he froze on the ropes

    • @Ryan Carpenter lying

    • T

    • Nah fam canelo was dodging a lot of those punches!

    • @Ryan Carpenter Almost exactly the way I scored it. If you're completely unbiased, it's difficult to give Canelo more then 4 rounds no matter how hard you try. The difference for me was GGG steadily pouring in shots vs. Canelo rushing forward throwing 4 or 5 huge shots but only 1 or 2 landing. Too many rounds Canelo threw bombs but landed only a few and not much else. Meanwhile that hard jab was in Canelos face every which way he moved. In the rounds whereby Canelo retreated along the ropes, he lost all of those because in addition to Canelo giving ground, GGG was also steadily landing more.

  • I’ve watched this too many times and still don’t know how golovkin didn’t win.

  • LA REALIDAD DE CANELO, ES QUE ECHÓ A PERDER SU CARRERA, EVADIENDO DURANTE AÑOS A LOS MEJORES DEL RANKIN, TELERRISA LO INFLÓ SIN NECESIDAD, PERO SU OBJETIVO ES EL NEGOCIO.

  • Love both fighters they deserve all the respect in the world I saw canelo win ggg missed a lot of shots just my opinion. but still my favorite 2fighters.a draw was ok..

  • As a Canelo fan Wow GGG what a fighter and what a fight! This is ART! Not running around the ring… Mexican style fighting!!

  • This is one of the best boxing matches ever recorded, a true chess match. Beautiful stuff. Both fighters incredibly skilled.

    • @Flores_Reign I agree with you

    • @Flores_Reign yup sure, 4th round canelo landed 2 clean stiff jabs on the beginning snapping gggs head back, 30 seconds later roy Jones makes a statement that canelo was comfortable against the ropes, 1:12 ggg punches blocked but the jimsey commentator at first called out like they have landed and afterwards he called them blocked, 4th it was canelo who landed the cleaner punches in combinations, 3-5 punch combinations to me you have to land 20 jabs to make up for it!

    • @M Maurer im including jabs aswell, ill go through the rounds again tomorrow and then proceed with 7-12. This is fun aswell. Do you consider stiff jabs to be power punches? Cuz that will change everything.

    • @Flores_Reign well it seems like you are counting power punches after all so compubox means nothing, 4th round, 20 seconds in canelo lands stiff jabs, commentator Jimsey all over gggs nuts about how gggs punches were been block so if they are block they don't count

    • @M Maurer bro I really do not wanna time stamp the punches that didn't land. That is way too much time.

  • GGG was robbed in both fights , no doubt about it !

  • Overall I agree with the draw. Each won 3-4 rounds without question and the rest were very close.
