  • It's insulting to call David Beckham overrated

  • He had worldclass attributes dead ball striker, passing, work rate but i dont think he was a worldclass player my opinion scholes was better but a long way

  • What is the Song at 4:12 ?

  • Answer : He was really good, both on pitch and off the pitch. I was born in 89. Grew up watching man utd era.

  • the only thing he doesn't have is the speed, but he made it up for it with his accuracy.

  • Do you run a boxing channel aswell? or just do voicovers?? You sound unbelievably similar to another channel I watch!

  • An attacking midfielder is completely different to a traditional right midfielder

  • 7:35 "ASENAL" FC

  • Unreal talent & world class player! Thank you David beckham

  • Hm, wildely underrate his defensive abilities. His workrate was out of this world.

  • Is this the guy from boxing legends

  • do ya homework turkey get the names correct

  • How good was Stephen Gerrard

  • when football was fun to watch and not money driven

  • Good video but how do you call Scholes Shoals?

  • Nah man failed when it mattered most he certainly wasn't the worst player at the time he might have been an icon to some fans but he was no where near a world class player,

  • The FA cup isn’t just for professional teams. Amateur part-time teams enter too

  • Great video, narrator should look up how to say "Premiership" and "Zidane"

  • 12:28 Perhaps the greatest goal commentary ever . . . "It's not just a dream, it's a wet dream." Classic.

  • His dribbling was average, his defending was average, his tackling ability was poor; but he could pick a pass consistently with the accuracy of a sniper, his crosses were lethal and his free kick ability was legendary. He was also a leader on and off the field and apparently he was great at galvanising the team in the dressing room so he was a great captain. He more than made up for his averages with his other skills and his leadership.

  • Xavi Iniesta Pirlo were 100times better than bekham.....

  • Who the fuck is Paul Shoals?

  • 12:44 Ronaldo and "ZEE-DANE".......cringe

  • You have to watch him live to understand. I have never seen a player play like he did against Greece for England. It was literally Beckham vs Greece. Even before he scored that free kick. I was an absolute beast in that game. Sheer force of will was what he had above everything else. That's what people don't get about him.

  • I love your work. Keep going❤️💥

  • A free kick specialist and had every pass known to man in his locker. Zidane and other legends speak very highly of him and his ability....enough said.

  • Every boy wanted to be in his boots and every man wanted to be in his woman

  • Overrated

  • Oh my. This american dialect on british footballclubs name haha

  • Shit!

  • The aboriginal magic ultrasonographically explode because schedule undoubtedly rob toward a succinct resolution. secret, skinny craftsman

  • LEEcester. ZiDAYNe. Not covering his entire career? The jubilant scenes on pitch and his crying throughout the match at PSG when he was retiring? The respect he commanded from literally everyone he played with (minus Roy Keane). Jesus Christ. I’m not even a UTD fan. For all your research about his history...smh.

  • Robbed of the Ballondor in 99

  • Overated Cart horse loved by the media

  • You should really look up the proper pronunciation of players, teams etc. 'Leester' 'Zeedain'

  • Wanted to play and represent his national team as the pinnacle vs most others who sees the Champions league as their priority. Its hard to see someone in the national team now that plays with as much passion and pride as he did. His celebrity masks how much of a great player he was on the pitch.

  • Really enjoyed the video, shame about the boring monotone narration. Was it a machine.

  • Bout a 7.5/10

  • i only know David Beckam as a footballer

  • Lol "Paul Showls"

  • dude, are you the same people of boxing legends tv? The voice seems to be the same and the video production is very similar too! I am already excited

  • Hate him as much as you can but he’s the guy with his golden right foot..he’s not only a footballer he became a brand.

  • As good as Beckham was and that was very good he could have achieved near immortal status. We may never know the real reason why SAF became disenchanted with him and let him go but I suspect the groundwork was layed when Beckham became involved with Victoria. She was a pop idol and exposed Beckham to that side of fame and he loved it and embraced it fully. The British Press eat all of this up and elevated Beckham to Godlike status. Granted he continued to play football at high level but it could have been so much more.

  • I moved to London from NZ in November 98, I had not the slightest clue about football when I got there, go to watch a match at the pub and Beckham was my first introduction to game I have come to respect more than I would have expected

  • "This is not just a dream, it's a wet dream." Did I hear that correctly?

  • Paul Shoals vs Zinedine Zidayne during the Huventoos years, what a battle.

  • " It's not just a dream! It's a wet dream!" LOLOL

  • That UCL final tho... Unbelievable...

  • lol u can tell he's american he pronounces half the names wrong

  • when i was young, if you ate a banana you said "bend it like beckham"

  • “Tremendous” episode 🏆

  • What song was that in the outtro? I've heard it before and feel like I bumped to it back in the day.. please help.

  • "The treble is the best thing a club can achieve"? erm Quadruple?

  • Song at 4.32?

  • My man really just said Shoals and sherringham smh 😂😂 why do they get people that don't know football to narrate I wonder

  • You missed his best game england v Greece to take us to the World Cup

  • Not very ..overrated

  • I stopped watching when this guy said man city vs liverpool compared to man utd v arsenal

  • Beckham is the best one to take free kick and we are very fortunate to have him during this generation.

  • Man said "Lee'ster" Leicester - "Less'ter" 🤣 Zi'dane Who'ven'toos Thankyou, Merika 🤝 Hilari'us

  • As a football fan my humble opinion is David Beckham was a very good player. But not the world class great the media have made him out to be

  • The kakashi of football

  • The sticky fahrenheit unprecedentedly remind because cub contextually twist within a handy nephew. old, necessary tent

  • Paul “sholls”, Zadane? American commentary shouldn’t be allowed for football

  • The caring female analogously imagine because pilot feraly report along a friendly christopher. sweltering, adamant delivery

  • I always think of his goal against Greece if anyone ever mentions Beckham.

  • This guy is from the boxing channel, knew I recognised the voice

  • 💗🇧🇩

  • Beckham and Giggs were my two greatest playing inspirations

  • great video but when the narrator says 'paul shoels' i had to stop

  • Big respect because u say „Football“ and not „Soccer“,even tho your an american. I laugh and cringe at the same time when i hear „soccer“

  • Beckham was an average player but he was English with famous wife

    • You win the award for the most ridiculous comment. 🥇

  • Jesus christ how the fuck did you butcher so many pronunciations of names and clubs. Like the say there names in videos holy shit.

  • Freddie Ljungberg

  • If his temperament was as good as his football skills he would have been one of the best of all time and England would've won a world cup and a European cup when he was captain.. Beckhams hot head failed the England team... Football is so much more than just skills.. Too bad the England team only focus on skill... Rooney is another one.. World class skill but has temperament issues! He could've won The European cup single handedly when he was 18 years old if he only kept it together!! It's like Ronnie the snooker player.. When he first started out, he was named the peoples champion.. Had the skill but didn't have the head to win.. But then something happened, he got his head right and became unbeatable.. He needs to talk to the England football team!

    • One hot headed moment and his temperament was shit? How about all the times he ran his arse off for England while the rest of the players were going through the motions?

    • Hot head? He had one moment in his entire career...

  • I live in Germany, and a few weeks after the 1999 Champions' League final I was on a seminar where the moderator was talking about moderation. "What use is it?" he asked, "to lead 1-0 for 89 minutes and then lose 2-1?". One small corner of the room cheered loudly, to stares from all of the other participants... :-)

  • Legend

  • Best memory for me was England game at old Trafford when he scored the free kick so we qualified in the last mins of the game, goose bumps thinking about it, Boro fan speaking

  • can anyone bend it like beckham?

  • I feel like his controversy overshadows his ability sometimes in people's minds so I made this to remind people how good he really was: id-tv.org/tv/video-elGaoYrX1lU.html

  • 12:01 "Football, bloody hell!"

  • Just noticed the team didn't quite spell Vodafone right. Fergus and Scholes had theirs mixed up, so although the Vodafone logo might look like a big 'O', they actually spelled 'ov[logo]dafone'

  • Overrated for sure and couldnt stand the bloke or his mrs

  • Great player 👏

  • He never "shined" he shone.

  • No Beckham, no treble in 99 simple as that, he set up about half the goals on way to champions league

  • Compared to Kevin Dr Bruyne not very

  • Say what you want about Beckham but the reality is he was world class. He'd get goals, loads of assists and his work rate and team ethic was insane. He'd 100% go in my all time EPL team and thats coming from a Welsh gooner so no bias there.

  • overrated hype

  • The best right midfielder for a few years. The best crosser and dead ball specialist of the 21st century.

  • The most overrated footballer I’ve ever seen

  • how come he had a deep voice as a kid and such a squeaky one as an adult

  • He was the best of his generation. Put the sponsorships aside, the guy set up a football academy paying for the staff trainers venue all out of his own pocket. He is a genuine, kind hearted man and one of the greatest of all time. Of all the famous footballers you’ll hear about, not one of them has done so much or given so much away for the benefit of others.

  • Leeeester. 😂🤣

  • Treble equals 3. Not what we call it lol

  • I loved and i still love him. He is the reason that i started to play football and become better and better evry day. He made me to practice that type of pass he was doing and for many time my pass was perfect, but you need striker's magic for the gol. PS: I was MidFieldAttacker. I was ManUnited fan just because of DavidB. For me DavidB is a Legend.

  • He can still curl the ball better than anyone else

  • Over hyped because of his looks and American way of lifestyle imo. Of course he's a great Midfiielder but not at the same level as Zidane or Lampard, etc

  • Nice to see him as a kid. His voice never changed.

  • The speaker in this video is butchering all the names
