I am 12 years old and I am 5’7, I’m supposed to be 5’9 - 5’10, I loved the part where they hyped up tall girls, out of all the things people have said to me about being confident with my height, Courtney actually made me feel confident for the first time. Normal olive oil has a very strong flavor, that’s why it’s not used for baking. But normal vegetable oil is nasty as well. You have to use sunflower seed oil or Arbequina Variety Olive oil

when you talked about being tall and how especially tall girls may feel insecure I really related to that. I'm 5'9 and am usually the tallest in the room. I ended up developing severe height dysmorphia and it got so bad that I couldn't look at myself in the mirror or I would completely break down. It is really comforting seeing someone be so open and confident about being a taller height and it's inspiring me to worry less about how I look. Congratsssss a few tips: Next time use a baking pan and put some parchment paper on the bottom so it doesn’t stick or spread some butter around, instead of water use milk it’s better and and it helps to make the batter creamier and the cake softer, add some lime or lemon zest for flavor, add some vanilla extract with the zest. Before u game the cake out of the pan get a knife and go around the cake so it comes out clean.
