Lucid Dreaming II - Guided Hypnosis

Dipublikasikan tanggal 31 Okt 2021
This guided hypnosis is designed to induce lucid dreaming.

A Lucid dream happens when you become fully aware that you are dreaming. This awareness allows you to take control and direct your dream in any way you wish. You may wish to fulfill your fantasies, gain spiritual wisdom, or seek adventure... in a way you're unable to in the real world. For example, you may gift yourself supernatural powers like your favorite fictional hero, travel to distant galaxies, or experience what it's like to live a life of luxury and great wealth.

If you would like to give this hypnosis a try, it is best to do so an estimated 30 mins before you would usually fall asleep. For best results, it is recommended not to consume any heavy, processed foods and liquids (including caffeinated beverages) at least 4 hours before going to bed. If possible, no food consumption is preferable.

This session uses the commonly known 'Reality Check' technique which helps you become aware of your current reality, whether it'd be in your waking state or inside your dream. Whilst in a dream, you are thus encouraged to become lucid. Our Reality Check will be presented to you in the form of a simple task.

I hope you'll enjoy our video. Best of luck and sweet lucid dreams! :)

  • Take control of your dreams tonight and fulfill your fantasies with our new Lucid Dreaming Guided Hypnosis! Love and Light! 😊🙏✨

    • 😴💕✨

    • just found your chanel im praying this will help me I like it so far thank 😊 you 🙏🏾

    • @Brayden Mayne ?

  • My body all day: normal My body as soon as I have to relax: itchy EVERYWHERE

    • Lmao

    • have ya thought of putting on cream ? or drink water????

    • @Furball's Cave I'm making a note of that. Gonna try it out. Thanks

    • Literally ME. I was still completely awake by the time she finished counting down, and it's mostly because I was super ITCHY. But also because the position I started out in, got super uncomfortable and my neck started to cramp so I had to adjust and then got pulled out of my relaxed state 😭

    • Yup. Story of my "tryna get some rest" life. And it's absolutely NOT when I get sleepy, it begins waaayyyy before and it's just unbearable when you're so tired but your body has decided it was time to make you feel like in a bed of bugs...

  • Had a lucid dream: basically ran around to the front of my house and back in my underwear, flipped my stepbrother off and gave my dad a hug lmao. Weird but I was aware of every moment

  • It hasn't worked for me yet, but on the other hand this gets me to sleep really fast so despite the lack of a lucid dream I still like it :)

    • Same.

    • Same 😂😂

    • @curiousNcuriouser what are you a guide book???

    • Same

    • @Fel Anderis (This is a combination of techniques. If it overwhelms you, try doing a few at a time.) •Throughout the day Reality checks (Imagine you’re in a dream) •Read your dream journal •Practice All Day Awareness •Rescript your dreams throughout the day so that you do a reality check and become lucid. •Use dream signs to trigger reality checks. •Whenever you feel like your mind is clear and you are not on autopilot, make an “okay” sign with your hands. When you feel like you are becoming less aware, you can “break the circle” and let go. This circle represents a clear mind. •Exercise often •Lots of sun exposure •Before bed ask your subconscious for: Waking up after a dream (You don’t need an alarm) Lucid dreams (Use a mantra such as “I will have a lucid dream tonight,” or “I will recognize that I am dreaming”) Stare softly at the palm of your hands, and tell yourself in a caring manner that, 'Tonight while I am dreaming, I will see my hands and realize that I am dreaming'. Continue to softly look at your hands and mentally repeat the affirmation, 'Tonight while l am dreaming', I will see my hands and realize that I am dreaming. •Decide that you WILL have a lucid dream no matter what. •Take a hot bath •When you wake up after a dream, remember the dream. •Record it •Rescript it •Read through your dream journal •Exercise your senses •Repeat a mantra Try to gently recall your intention to see your hands and realize that you are dreaming. Try to remember your last dream; did you see your hands?. At some point in a dream, suddenly your hands will pop up in front of you (or you will see them naturally) and you will instantly make the connection, 'This is a dream!' Try to stay calm and explore the dream environment. Play some music to use as an anchor and go to bed with it playing. Make sure lucid dreaming is at the forefront of your mind. •Go to bed with your fingers in a circle. Again, this represents a clear mind. When you wake up in the morning Note down your dream Do a reality check (to make sure it’s not a false awakening) Rescript your dream Note down affirmations here (e.g. “I will have a lucid dream tonight

  • Have been doing this the past 2 days. Haven’t had a lucid dream but my dreams are very vivid, I had really cool dreams with this audio. I also remember telling myself to wake up many times I know it’s working!

  • I listened to this to fall asleep, not actually expecting to lucid dream but I DID IT!! The dream was even more lucid than any other dream I had before and I could control everything, tysm for this hypnosis

    • @miam miam scared the shit out of me but I'll try it lol

    • @JebaćDaya it was a dark person like imagine a black ghost like the dark with red eyes going towards you yeah that was it and im young so i was scared tbh

    • @JebaćDaya np !

    • @miam miam I know that sometimes people see a black something that gets close to them so that's why I asked. Thanks for replying

    • @JebaćDaya i was scared so i closed my eyes and i sleplt

  • I don’t recall a lucid dream, but this guided meditation puts me into a much needed deep sleep. When I wake up I have to do a reality check coz idk at what point I fell asleep 😂 I love this, thank you.

    • I finally did it as well tho for around 30minutes,best experience of my life

  • I actually Lucid dreamed for the first time because of this. It was so beautiful. I legit was in tears afterwards. Thank you.

  • I don't remember lucid dreaming, but I definitely had one of the most vivid dreams I've had in a very long time. And I remember almost all of it, which is supposed to be one of the first steps to lucid dreaming. I'm definitely trying this video again tonight. Thank you!

  • I had my first lucid dream when I was a kid in 1st grade. My dream was that I was at my school with some other kid, and then I realized I was dreaming. I turned to the kid and said "hey you know this is a dream right" and they said "no how would you know?" And I said "bc I can do this!" And then started flying 😂

    • @Wolftghost fuck that's terrifying

    • Well that sounds pretty awesome :D

    • @Wolftghost bro what the fuck 🤣 I’d literally shit the bed

    • I think I had a lucid dream when I was pretty young, too. I woke up before I could do anything, though. Rip. I remember it all, though, even what I was wearing in the dream. The way I found out it was a dream was that I was in this big field (I lived in an apartment, so there was nothing like that anywhere close) and saw a grasshopper that was WAY too large. It looked 3D animated, too, and I thought “grasshoppers don’t look like that” and then I got closer too it but then I woke up 💀

    • Hmm I said that to someone in my licid dream to but instead they looked at me and said "your not supposed to be here" and then i woke up 💀

  • This was so relaxing! I could feel my body falling asleep, something that I have never experienced before. I’m definitely trying this again ❤️❤️

  • Hey, I love your meditations. I was wondering if you could make a guided one for healing severe trauma? Your meditation always work very well for me and recently I've been struggling with these visions and flashbacks of the trauma. I've checked out some of your healing frequencies but my mind tends to wander into dark places. Thank you so much for everything you do. You've really helped me so much. May you be blessed with good health and safety

    • I smoke marijuana to help the suicidal / low thoughts and anxiety. It’s so much more effective than medication (I’m also taking meds simultaneously, probably not a good mix but I drift through the days)

    • @Liliana Guerra yeah I'm doing EMDR for it they won't prescribe me any more medications so I really have nothing besides this

    • hi thats actually called ptsd and wont be fixed with hypnosis you can however go to a therapist and if its super bad get perscribed medication i myslef am on meds but regardless a therapist is always good even if you dont have ptsd

  • I loved your first one so, so much! I wonder if this could be made into an 8-hour guided lucid dreaming meditation. I'd be willing to pay for a download, others quite possibly would be willing as well.

  • I listen to this every night and it never gets old. Always knocks me out in 10 minutes, this is wonderful

  • Thank you, Lights of Venus (LOV!), for your help. My family has been experiencing insomnia and disturbed sleep since my wartime vet daughter took her life two years ago and her young son discovered her body. Nightmare after nightmare were making sleep an enemy, most especially for him. ASMR has been my go-to for several years, and since his trauma, he is discovering specific types of ASMR that work for him and make his sleep a restful refug instead of being his enemy. We’ve both been able to alter our nightmares into gentle, peaceful dreams, thanks to LOV.❤ My g’son’s night terrors and nightmares have diminished greatly, and in just a few minutes of listening to LOV I can see the very moment his body relaxes and his muscles melt into true relaxation and restful sleep. Thank you, LOV. Thank you, LOV community. You have mattered so much in the healing of a brave and wonderful young man who can now guide his own nights and not be conquered by them. ❤🧿

    • Thoughts and wishes ❤️

    • Wow, hurts

    • Kim, my deepest condolences to you and your family. May your daughter rest in peace. It's very heartwarming to hear that our videos have helped your family find some relief. Thank you for your kind words and appreciation. Sending you and your grandson lots of love and positive energy 🙏❤️✨

  • Keep making more i love these types of sleep meditations ❤❤

    • Thanks for your appreciation, Yoissef. There will definitely be more sleep videos in the future. 😊🙏✨

  • It didn’t work for me the first time but I will keep trying and also, I LOVE YOUR VOICE!!!! It’s so relaxing!

  • Yoooo! This is the best! I don't lucid dream, but wake up in the spirit world!! Thanks. I do it almost every day. Puts me right to sleep every time. Great video!!!!

  • I had the best lucid dream ever I even wrote it down on a note to remember. thanks that's gonna be the best lucid dream ever 😄

  • I've tried lots of other similar videos yet find this one to be my favorite. I honestly didn't expect anything different while it being the first time. And I didn't have any lucid dreams but I do recall having at least three separate dreams that involved so much detail & were so different than anything I've ever dreamt about before. It really seemed like the dreams were of me reliving past lives or something. I even had a Life Review in one of them. I'm going to continue using this particular video for awhile and see what happens.

  • You have such a beautiful voice, thank you for making such a calming hypnosis video 🙏🌟

  • I have been falling asleep with your meditation for about a month now. My ADHD keeps me up at night. This video is the only one that works fast.

  • I think I had a lucid dream using this with earbuds last night but I can't remember anything about it,ill try it again tonight. Update : I'm an insomniac so it's not surprise I'm having issues but I managed to lucid dream for about 2 minutes before waking up, it was amazing once I realized what what happening. Update: I've figured out how to be lucid once I've fallen asleep but dreaming is like a different layer, its like it's easy to forget once you've hit that deep sleep stage,I ended up having a nightmare unfortunately. Not gonna quit trying though. Update: i use this most nights but the one night I didn't I ended up having a lucid dream, it was kinda short but it was still 100% lucid. FINAL UPDATE: I just had the most absolute intense lucid dream of my life, I can't even begin to describe it

  • Havent had a lucid dream yet but certainly have been dreaming and remembering my dreams more. Hands down my favorite two videos on ID-tv.

  • First time I tried it, instantly fell asleep and became the queen of the universe! Not really. I fell asleep pretty easily, but every time she started talking again, I startled awake and had a sustained feeling of anxiety in my tiredness. Maybe the volume was too loud, idk. Did not achieve lucid dreaming, but I didn't expect it on the first try. I will try again tonight though!

  • the first one helped me reach my first lucid dream the other week so ima give this one a shot tonight

    • @MeeeM the fuck

    • @random_boi yes alot of people are still trap into some even lasted for 3 years and ended up being scared to sleep

    • @Lights of Venus is there ever a chance that you won't wake up from a lucid dream?

    • @Action like a week after i wrote down my first dream and the next time i listened to this i lucid dreamed

    • @Blu different ones work for different people, also thinking it won't work usually only makes stuff work worse if I understand hypnosis correctly

  • Didn’t work and have tried many an many of times. But I do have to say it’s a very relaxing sound and glad that your channel has brought some peace to many people including me on here

  • Worked perfect for me, literally had the reality check hit as I was falling off a cliff in my dream. Very useful technique

  • first time i listen like this, and it relaxes me. Thank you. Love it ❤❤❤

  • I'm actually to scared to sleep to this bc I gey sleep paralysis after I leave a lucid dream, but its lovely to listen to during the day !

  • I didn't lucid dream, but I did dream!! I haven't dreamed like that in a while. I remember most of it!! Thank you!!!

  • I HAD A LUCID DREAM AT MY FIRST TRY WITH THIS VIDEO 😭💖 thank you so much

  • Oh my days!! Did it for the first time ever tonight!!! It was the craziest dream ever and trying to press my hand inside the other hand is what made me realise I was finally lucid dreaming! Amazing!

  • So cool!

  • “For best results, lie on your back, keeping your spine straight.” *Cries in Scoliosis* Fr tho this is an amazing hypnosis

  • I didn't lucid dream, or at least i dont remember my dream, but i had the best nights sleep i have had for a long time so thank you

  • I’ve listened to this channel’s hypnosis videos twice and each time (so far) I have awoken with a incredibly vidvid dream

  • I have them often. Last night I had a Lucid dream where I flew to the Narrows Bridge in Tacoma and told people that I was dreaming and they were part of it. I met some people that were also dreaming and aware. We swapped stories. I then partly woke up but through the force of my mind I went back to the dream to enjoy it more.

    • @*kadence coker* most likely not, dreams are just things that happen in ur brain, it isnt some multiplayer game. Its all happening within ur own head so theres no way to meet other ppl

    • @*kadence coker* It is possible but there is no way to be sure.

    • WHATT you actually met other dreamers

  • This guided meditation is very potent I lucid everytime I listen to this

  • Haven't had any lucid dream .... But as I'm a insomniac this really helps me sleep soo .... Soo i think it's good!!

  • Brain: ( okay, this is the night where we finally lucid dre-- ) Me, 5 minutes in: zzzZzz

  • Thank you, this really helps alot

  • I’m so excited. U have no idea how happy it makes me when u put out sleep videos!!!

    • Funny I got a like on this comment the same night I happened to use this exact video again.

    • @usmc72409 I'm thankful for you, usmc. Your input and your kind words are very much appreciated. Wishing you all the best! 😊🙏✨

    • @Lights of Venus I’m gonna give u a list of ur videos that have the best sounds in my opinion. Maybe it can be some food for thought. Seems like ur most views are from the space sounding lucid dreaming one. U have some other videos that tap into that similar feeling but using diff sounds. When I get home tonight I will leave u a comment on all the ones that are my fav. So whenever u do ur next one u can have some more ideas. It’s very nice that u remembered me. U know I support this channel 100%. Ur my number 1 favorite.

    • @Lights of Venus that voice. Can’t be beat. And I even adjusted for ppl that can’t make their spine straight. I can but I chose not to. I noticed other ppl complain about that part. Good listening skills. It was a great sleep video. Ur space one is still untouchable tho but I like variation so I will be using all ur videos that apply to me. I always try to breathe in and out with the timing that she says it, idk if my lungs got smaller or if she put more time in between this time. Also the space video has a sound that is very easy to follow ur breathes to. Tbh I fell asleep pretty quick last night so I didn’t listen to much while I was still awake so I will use it again tonight. Thanks for responding. It’s very validating. Sending good wishes over to u from New Hampshire!!

    • Hi usmc! It's always nice to read your comments. I'm very glad you enjoy our sleep videos. Much Love 😊🙏✨

  • I listened to this for the first time last night. It was working really well until I started to fall asleep…..it was during one of the spaces between words. Then when you started talking again it scared me awake 😂 I’m going to give it another try tonight!! 😊

  • I was falling asleep through the countdown… trying to prepare for the dream. I was actively hearing you while backstage of some theatre. I was going to test to see if I could

  • Weirdest semi lucid dream, I was in the world of elden ring, but all the enemies were SCPs.

  • My favorite part is the muscle relaxing part. That’s always the best. I fell asleep right after that. Under 10 minutes I was fast asleep. *start with the face 😉

  • I didn't lucid dream, but it was super relaxing 🤗, though, I think I had a lucid dream sorta experience when I was younger, I was also awake? I was like 5th grade and I was running through the playground, then all a sudden I was looking around, I felt a very strong since of deja vu and it felt like I was on some sort of dream state? I was like that for a while untill my friends caught up with me. Weeiierdddd lol

  • It was too soothing i basically blacked out and had no dream

  • This is dope! Thank you ! ( If you have any hate keep it to yourself )

  • Last night I had my first lucid experience… my dream was just so good to be true that my mind told me I was dreaming, so when I figured that out I started to fly around where I live and that’s as far as I can remember

  • It worked the first time but I woke up half way through the session cause nature called..I'm trying again tonight..this is SOOOOO COOOL

  • I’ve been trying for years and I’m still trying lol wish me luck.

  • So I’ve been trying to lucid dream for awhile and Im gonna try this a couple times. If I remember I’ll update here lol 1. I’m not sure what I dreamt but I definitely dreamt something weird. I remember a falling sensation or something like that.

  • I have a hard time falling asleep but I was in a out of this world experience

  • I woke up in the middle of this absolutely terrified and feeling as though I had just been in a super dark and scary place. Usually I love her videos but this one was strange

  • Okay I have to be real when i listened to this my body and brain was so relaxed that I could feel every sensation even if my body wasn't in that angle my brain tricked it to feel it like that. For instance my feet was pointed inwards but my brain tricked it to the point I really believed my feet was pointed outwards as well as in wards. Ps. Anyone reading thing to prepare go use the bathroom. Then drink lots of water then go straight to lay down. When you drink water you'll remember the dream even better as well as you will go into a deep state faster and will also not be dehydrated as fast midway. Most of my lucid dreams I get super thirsty. Drink water before bed and you'll thank me later.

    • My bladder would wake me up if I did that.

  • Loved your first one, can’t wait to settle to this 🙏🏾 with much love from the Uk!

    • Thanks, Jay. Much love to you, too! Enjoy your lucid experience! 🙏✨

  • Bro there was a time where I turned to my mom in a dream and was like “I… I think I’m dreaming. Am I?” and she blinked at me and went “how would I know?” She was right tho 😭

  • This was the weirdest thing that has happened to me ever my soul felt like iy was leaving my body and my heart was racing. I have never done this before so I have no idea if this was what was supposed to happen. I got scared and sat up straight

  • I didn't become lucid but I had really clear dreams and remember some, definitely will try again

  • I still haven’t managed to ever have a lucid dream 💭 I would so love to experience it though.

  • i dont know much about lucid dreaming but if you try to do this at a certain time, does it, like, affect you?? does this work better at a more reasonable and healthier time to sleep because i'm about to try this at 5 am since i cant sleep and im scared if it'll give me something bad instead

    • 5am would be a good time. I often wake up early and go back to sleep and have amazing dreams. This is how I learned to OBE.

  • I have a few questions, will I be able to wake up afterwards full functional. Has anything bad ever happened to people who have tried this ? Is there negative side effects ?

  • Im always aware when im dreaming and since I was young I trained myself how to wake myself up

    • I have also always done the same since I was young .

    • How do you wake yourself up. I just say I’m dreaming and I know I will wake up soon

  • BRO it worked for me! I’m always super hesitant of these videos cuz it never works and idk if it was this video or if my body was just finally ready to do it, but I finally had a lucid dream and it was fun. Short from what I remember, but fun nonetheless. I flew around and that was rly cool

  • I've gotten about 10 mins into this video, and I'm kinda scared... I have night terrors regularly, and I wonder if I'll just have a more controlled bad dream. Are negative thoughts before lucid dreaming bad? Can it affect how your dream goes? What should I do to be less scared? Am I the only one who feels like this?

    • Omg same!! I’ve been trying to do this for the past 2 days but I’m too scared I’m going to have nightmares

    • No your not alone

  • Ok it really worked, I was dancing ballet with my grandpa ( wtf) but I got kinda paralized in one point so it got a little scary. :D I try it again today

  • My experience was mixed. I had a very stressful dream where I was in a constant free fall I couldn't see anything around me but I could feel the wind as I fell. I knew it was a dream but I couldn't move my body as I fell. Couldn't even wiggle my fingers. Every few seconds I'd think I was about to hit the ground and a wave of anxiety would wash over me. After a second or two thw anxiety vanished and I would see a few colors that seemed to relate to certain characters from shows, games, or movies I liked. At least that's what I thought during the dream. Overall it was a scary but strangely relaxing experience.

  • I had a lucid dream that I joined the dsmp I knew it was a dream so I was sad but I wanted to make the best of it!

  • I have back dreams and I'm trying to fix it so I can dream normaly again and I'm hopeing- this can work

  • I was already getting into the relax your body mood but my mind couldn't pick a dream so I just thought of scenarios in third view. My body didn't feel normal anymore and it felt asleep. I was uncomfortable to the point that my thigh was asleep and needed it to move, so I tried to move my arms and shoulders a little and was shocked that I couldn't move it. Just a little movement but I couldn't lift my arms up. I soon got inpatient and wanted to skip this step so I woke up fully. I guess I wanted more of instructions? Still was a fun experience, I should sleep now

  • I’ve been aware I’m in a dream but sometimes I can’t control them, but when I can control them I just really have to believe that what I want to happen is going to happen I’ve also been aware I was in nightmares and I was like “ok, wake up now!” But if that doesn’t work i usually just fly away😂

  • I’m gonna try this because I’ve suddenly been getting nightmares every single night for the past 5 days and it’s supper random

    • Lucid dreaming helps with frequent nightmares! Keep practicing. You will be able to change what happens. 🕊

  • Ok I saw this and I’m gonna try it. I’m a lot nervous. Bc I don’t want to have my soul taken away while in sleep paralysis afterwards. But I think I have to do this multiple times. We’ll see

  • This really working, that I'm afraid to continue because i don't know what I'm gonna see in my dream. Somewhere between 7:00 to 8:00, i starts there

  • I confirm this actually works

  • "keeping your spine straight" my scoliosis: "yeah that may be a **slight** issue there"

  • Omg it worked I am shocked what a wonderfull experience, it was short and woke up out of it how can you prolong the dream and make it more sharp?

  • One time I had a dream and halfway thru I realized while on a playground that I was dreaming so I turned to Tom Holland and went “oh my gosh I’m in a dream” and he looked genuinely terrified and went pale and I said “don’t worry I just want a hug” and he sighed and went “phew ok cause some girls want way more u feel?” And I was like “yikes bro” and he shrugged and gave me a hug I think about that a lot. Hope dream Tom is doin okay

  • Alright, nice and comfy, let’s do this

  • i think i’m different because i’m not joking i lucid dream every night. ever since i was younger. i thought it happened to everyone and this is just how dreams worked !!! 🤯

  • OMG!!!! THIS FRIGGING WORKS! IT SCARED THE CRAP OUT ME BUT WAS AWESOME TOO

  • VR headset?! No baby ..Lucid dreaming :))

    • Yeah who needs META!?

  • I didnt had a lucid dream yet, but I had a dream where I was doing the reality check and became aware of my dream so I think this is going somewhere

  • I got a lucid dream from this but I got scared and woke up 😭😭

  • For anyone needing a blank section of screen... ...hope that helps

  • I'm gonna be staying up for 5 hours but I'll take this as a challenge

  • Used to do it as a child dreaming I was at Disney land. I could only keep it going for so long before waking up. Sometimes I could slip right back into the dream and keep it going and sometimes I couldn't.

  • I'll come back and tell about the dream, when I wake up. :)

  • this works !!!!!

  • About 5 years ago I went thru a period where I was able to lucid dream. They were so real that when I would come to I would actually feel upset because my reality wasn't like the dreams I could control. I've totally lost the ability and I don't know what changed. So now I'm here...

    • The number one thing is sleep pattern I am trying it tonight with this one for the first time and her voice is sexy and calming so that will make it very nice thanks in advance your voice sounds like a someone very delightful like a gourmet desert lol thanks love and light

  • I think because I take medication for sleep I don't remember the dream but I feel happy and positive 🙏

  • One time I legit lucid dreamed... honestly to Google it says trying to get out of lucid dreaming can get very scary inside the dream but.. I actually was in a beautiful futuristic bumblebee hive♡ I kept saying to all the friends I had in my dream to please get me out I can't wake up.. they said they couldn't because of a lucid dream.. until my mother woke me from her needing to use the nearest bathroom (aka my bathroom nearest from the living room) i was so happy but also sad I didn't get to say bye to my friends :( safe dreams everyone!

  • I had a dream I was close to the ocean very close and the waves were so crazy it felt scary bc I can't swim and don't like the ocean but it's crazy we think about our dream after we wakeup and forget and remember

  • This worked! However I could actually put my fingers into the palm of my opposite hand In the dream.

    • Did your fingers go through your palm?

  • I was asleep while this was on and it was on for 3 hours

  • I only got to relax my body My face felt tight and i felt very very light 😳 I am very impressed Sadly I wasn’t able to get to the dream 😑 Im trying again.🤨

  • Can you please do more lucid vids?

  • Excited to try this
