  • he is the true king of boxing from flyweight to middle weight! eight world titiles! no one can do that again! .. he is the only one! living legend manny pacquiao!

    • B v l

    • 2900

    • @emperorninjakingruler Berkeley then where is pacquiaos so called humbleness? If you're challenging a big man don't force him to drop in weight so you get an advantage. Thats why we have divisions.

    • @Carlos Barboza lol no he sighed the contact so he agreed to what was on it

    • @Mark jones Mariposa well finally we agree on something and terrible trainer too. Robert Garcia shoulve thrown in towel. And on the cotto fight he did nothing no stopping fight. Still those catchweight advantages DO help. But both margarito and rios are dumb fighters. Not brilliant master boxers like Mayweather Marquez or Pacquiao

  • 01:00:20 not sure how often this happens in pro boxing but this moment of mutual respect has stayed with me from the first time that I saw it with these two. At the time of this match, Pac still had a reputation for knocking out his opponents in the ring. The fact that Clottey made it to round 12 without getting knocked out, apparently despite Pac's best efforts, must have surprised them both.

  • Very inspirational match ..... both of you physically mentally respectful to each other God bless both of you.

  • You have to admit that Pacquiao has one of the greatest Boxing stories of all time, from the time he lived through poverty to rise up to boxing

  • that energy, non stop punching...

  • PACQUIAO always makes all tge fights GREAT!! True champion!!💪💪

  • I DID NOT GET HERE TO WATCH THE FIGHT BUT I SEARCH FOR THIS JUST FOR THE INTRODUCTION ON MANNY PACQUIAO IT GIVES ME GOOSBUMPS

  • Manny’s introduction gave me chills!

  • Manny the lil monster. Most exciting and loveable fighter of our generation. And a wrecking machine on top of it. I do wish he had won against Mayweather, but after what he did to Hatton, Floyd ducked fighting him just long enough to get him to slow down that little bit so he could squeeze his win out against him. Manny is the man.

  • Joshua Clottey didn't came to fight to win. He just wanted to be part of the history of Manny Pacquiao.

  • Respect to these two one of the best fighters in the world

  • Clottey has pretty good defence, he marches forward taking punches on his gloves wearing his opponents down, but I think he likes to have his feet planted before throwing. Pac's speed, volume punching and lateral movement is too much for a lot of fighters. However I don't think Clottey was in any real trouble in this fight.

  • I love this referee..he is did a good job..he noticed every single dirty tactics.

  • Wished Pacquiao threw more uppercuts, he has the speed for them-quick, clean & sharp...

  • Most dominant 12 round fight av ever seen hahaha clotty landed like 2 3 punches per round while pac was landing 100 per round hahahaha pacman could easily fight 15 rounds and still be in top Shape his cardio is unreal great fighter

  • What a move by Pacquiao!!! Great style

  • 14:28 Pacquiao's introduction, the longest I've ever heard in boxing...amazing

  • Manny's stamina is the most impressive!!! This opponent was just another puzzle Manny solved.

  • Manny Pacquiao was so amazing he is the king of boxing

  • This was the fight when I officially became a 100% Pacquiao beleiver

    • Paquiào the best boxer at this time

  • the only octuple champion in boxing history, a boxer who has won world titles in eight different weight classes. Manny Pacquiao is the first and only boxer to win world titles in eight different weight divisions. (WIKIPEDIA)

    • @semion mendoza silly boy 126 no title 140 ibo minor title nobody wants.

    • @Carlos Barboza Guinness book of records 8 division.dont fool your self you know it everybody know it.

    • @semion mendoza 6

    • @Carlos Barboza 8 divisions world champion Manny Paquiao

    • @Carlos Barboza 8 divisions world champion Manny Paquiao

  • I am a Filipino and I felt proud everytime the crowd shouts "manny! Manny! Manny!" The crowd supports pacman even if they are not filipino💯❤️ reapect 💯❤️

  • Goosebumps introduction omg 😭😭😭

  • Awsome Pacquiao performance!!!!

  • Clottey’s mindset during his entrance: “I’m gonna be all-out defensive at least I already have the pay check” 😂

  • The main thing is they respect each other after no hard feelings!

  • i misses fights of manny pacquiao...no other cleanest and better boxing than Pacquiao

  • Damn pacquiao took that win like nothin! Great victor

  • I love how he always does the sign of the cross, no matter how tired he is. Great respect for this man.

  • How can people say the fight is/was fixed?!! Clottey was scared to death. Everybody knows the quality of Manny - one mistake and you go to sleep. If you have a chance to fight one of the greatest you give 110%, Clottey had too much respect. Look the fight with Marquez - that´s how you have to fight Manny.

    • I bet he got scared when Michael Buffer made that long introduction

    • I agree that Marquez was Manny's greatest opponent...Clottey is the most useless.

    • But Clottey did well on this fight you cant say he was scared!

  • 18:07 Pac lands a counter, that`s the best way to fight someone with a high guard.

  • Pac man is a legend !

  • Manny 1k + punches Guinness world of record living legend

  • With the few punches clottey landed/threw he did a good deal if damage to pacquiao's face,he has heavy hands

  • i think i have watched every pacquiao fight and always enjoy watching him

  • Cloteey tiene piel de cocodrilo es increíble la resistencia física que tuvo le falto confianza cuando atacó a pacman le hizo daño

  • 29:31 the clapped punch! 😂

  • Clottey thought pacquiao would run out of steam but otherwise had a good approach. Pacquiao couldn't hurt him with that high guard and Clottey's power shots clearly hurt Pacquioa, he was just too cautious and waited too long. Clottey is one of those should have been better fighters, tough and powerful but lacking mental toughness, like in the Cotto fight he should have won but whined too much.

  • The greatest introduction in boxing ever, god bless Manny Pacquiao

  • this is the best introduction for Manny Pacquiao

  • THIS IS THE GREATEST INTRODUCTION OF A FIGHTER EVER. EVER.

  • Pacquiao hit Clottey's gloves and arms all night, Clottey didn't throw nearly as many punches but his punches actually hit Pacquiao and with force.

  • I could never forget this moment 29:29 😂

  • Clottey was the most underrated all time he would give anyone a rough night any era old school defensive boxing at its finest

  • mannys speed and combos is sick.hes a sick beast.he is gonna destroy rios

  • I love the commentator saying "bang! bang! bang! bang! bang" as manny paquiao throwing hard punches in the early 8th rounds 😂😂😂😂

  • Clottey didn't come to fight but he's strong as hell one of the strongest welterweight I've seen. I'm surprised manny took the fight.

  • I love you sir Manny Pacquiao ❤️❤️❤️

  • Pacquiao's introduction is worth half of the fight , fcking insane

    • I got chicken skin while watching Pacquiao ring walk and introduction. What a golden era!!! I think he is the last warrior.

  • pacman's introduction always sends chill.

  • Loveable Fighter Manny Pacquiao best ever win, lose or draw

  • This is one of the most cowardly fights I've seen in my whole life....good job clottey

    • clottey was scared to thr0w punches watch and listen carefully 31:28

    • he was paid 5 million to lose

    • This was a fixed fight thats why.

  • One and only Legend 13time world champion and 8division world champion..Pacman the legend of boxing

  • Pacquiao was hitting a punching bag for 12 rounds.

  • Clottey the grandmaster... And pacman a mythic 😁😁😁

  • The opening gestures of Clottey is so good to watch. Hahaha thats some tekken shit he got there

  • So after warching this fight again, Clottey seemed to have landed the clean shots. Pac was hitting gloves all the time but the fight was good. Pac deserved to win cos he threw more punches. Clottey is really underrated. Pac will chew mayweather alive.

  • Pacquiao the most extraordinary boxer that ever existed, along with Lomachenko!

  • Manny threw a total of 1,231 punches in this fight. God damn...

    • @vince2370 Are you blind?

    • And landed 100 punches lol

    • seriously ! wow

  • I like Clottey. No arogance. Showed Manny respect. Good man. Character goes a long way

  • Clottey was basically just a Pacquiao heavy bag the whole contest. Had Clottey not covered up 98% of the entire bout, Paquiao would have knocked him out.

  • Clottey’s gameplan for every fight is to tire the opponent by letting them punch him as he blocks, but Pac Man is different

  • The amount of electricity in the entrance and introduction is outstanding.

  • Pacman is really a fighter, no doubt.

  • These commentators are great this fight. Arguing with each other at 25mins and the BANG BANG at 46:46. Cracked me up.

  • joshua clottey dont want to take a risk he knows the power and speed of pacman

  • Hindi nakakasawang balikbalikan ung mga laban ni sen. Manny natawa lang ako nung pinompyang nya c Clottey.

  • I'm so proud of paquiao when I see this video

  • 7:37 I always love that dude holding the Filipino flag 😂

  • 15:30 Max Kellerman "There's nothing better than the moments right before the opening bell of a Manny Pacquiao fight, except for the moments right after the opening bell."

  • I still can't really believe that manny has more one punch power than cotto.

  • 50,000 fans watching in Texas during the peak of the UFC era, pretty impressive.

  • I know that clottey is a good fighter and he is also a friend of manny's but I got tired watching Clottey just on defensive mode, all I see mostly is manny constantly attacking and clottey doesn't, he was just mostly on defensive mode. This is just what I felt, okay? No hate. I love them both, I was just hoping that I would see clottey fight fire with fire. Don't get me wrong, defensive mode is an effective move. But I really I want to see action here HHAHAHAHAH Btw, I feel bad when the crowd boos in every manny fight. Boos for the opponent when they are hurt are somewhat sad all along. (this is my conscious self commenting ahhaha)

    • N b

    • he only heard the "protect yourself at all times" from the ref

    • Very smart comment i agree with everything that you just said.

    • Just like gayweather

    • I agree. I followed Clottey from his beginning and thought that one day he would fight against the best. He has a devastating left upper cut that you could even see Manny couldn't stop but he wasn't active enough. He did block 95% of the punches though.

  • Big respect to both fighter, manny Pacquiao was clottey favorite fighter

  • Can someone send me a list of Pacmans greatest fights? I love his footwork and how he is a master of angle cutting! If anybody can send me some fights id like to study them.

    • @Dvrrin they're all on youtube. watch his fight with cotto, he was in his peak then..

    • I don't remember all of them i'm more interested in his early fights. I've seen him fight Cotto Bradley Marquez, and Hatton

    • Which ones have you seen already?

  • Kinda crazy that this was the same Clottey who went to war with Cotto and Margarito. He took no chances here! Still impressive that he ended Pacquiao’s knock out street

  • Clottey CLEARLY threw this fight 🤣🤣

  • Fighter of the decade!

  • Pacquiao....The best of this generation.

  • I don't think this is fixed, clottey just don't want to get knocked out, his game plan was tire the opponent and beat him in the later rounds but didn't work for this one..

    • @Itsthemuscledad yep.. He'll never beat pacquaio, getting bribe or not

    • NextSelection that sounds a bit sketchy since you have no evidence to back up your claim.

    • @NextSelection your a nut case mate hahah you and clottey mates are yas you catch up often? why hasnt there ever been any proof that manny juiced just a bunch of keyboard experts claiming it. This fight fixed ? Cmon mate

  • Clottey's style is so perfect for Manny I think Pac could fight him on Sunday morning with a hangover and still win.

  • Es un excelente boxeador y muy disciplinado Packiao

  • Pacquiao is fun to watch! 👊

  • 43:32 he's good, he's alive 🤣

  • All time respect for manny always came to fight never a boring round

  • Paqcuiao is a real man, real champion...

  • 50:29 When Clottey attacks, it gives Manny an opening

  • Oh ye these 2 are the most respected fighters in my mind.

  • After going back and watching this, Clottey actually didn't do as bad as I remember, especially early on in the fight he was landing some effective shots as Manny Steward mentions, but my God is Jim Lampley biased or what! I admit Clottey needed to be more active cuz he was never going to win a fight that way, but damn HBO got some biased ass commentators.

    • Paul Love ha 😐

    • Yeah.... because you can't see it cause his black, hahahaha!!!!!!!

    • lp

    • Anthony Anderson I completely agree with you. Thus was at least a blue print for a more spirited offensive fighter, to beat Manny. If you notice, Clotty's face is in much better condition than Manny's at the end of the fight.

  • Clotey tiene todo el poder para vencer a Pacquiao pero la pregunta es por qué no lo hizo?

  • clotty was prepared for the fight

  • Manny is fighting a bigger man again💪💪💪💪

  • *I like the opening entrance music of clottey and the way he dance. Like me, music is life and my strength. I love this 2 boxers they all have respect* .. *Home quarantine @ may 11, 2020 stay safe*

  • pacquiao is a legend

  • 14:08 imagine fighting someone with that intro. Id be shook off the gate

    • He names off half the weightclasses in boxing

  • Hearing the introduction!!! Clottey thinks like I am in deep shit!!! 😂😂😂 7 world champions in different class division!!! Scary!!!

  • @14:28 buffer announcing Manny's titles was just 😱

  • Mannys introduction just gets longer and longer! ...thats Hilarious 😆 🤣

  • no, clottey didnt throw the fight, you can see from the beginning that clottey is actually doing pretty well. However, through out the course of the fight pacquiao slowly starts figuring out what to do. Early on, he tries to keep his hands down to counter clottey, he figures out that clottey's hands are a bit too fast for that, so he starts to guard, however, he realizes then that clottey will smother him by walking him down and try to get him on the ropes or stationary where he will start to get around his guard, so pacquiao, again through the course of the fight, slowly figures out that he needs to keep a certain amount of punches thrown at clottey so that he can work his movement around clottey. You can see pacquiao adapt, and clottey finds some answers, but he's overwhelmed by the activity of pacquiao.
