  • To my fellow Filipinos, we should support our Indonesian brothers and sisters. We should love them as our own. Enough of the bashing, trolling. Spread love, kindness and support each other. Terima kasih and salamat 🥰

    • @Repto are you a human too? You need to accept your country powerbank of Asia in pageantry and accept defeated too especially in miss universe. Your country never reached into top 5 tho and your highest place top 10 by halfie..

    • Yes i do agree may conversation between ms indo and pH who is hosted by Mrs paula can unite indo and pH which sometimes clash each other ..from now we should support each other.united we stand divided we fall.go go Asean team

  • Miss Indonesia 🇮🇩 she's amazing 😍😍

  • Ms. Indonesia is very calming, disarmingly charming and mesmerizing in how she communicates. She's so beautiful and reminds me of our own Ms. Beatrice Luigi Gomez. She can very well be the first Miss Universe from Indonesia, and I'd be so happy for her and her country if that happens. Meanwhile, Ms. Philippines is so passionate and you can really feel her fire and how she personally connects to tonight's topic on bullying. She really has that gorgeous face that I can't take my eyes off of. It's so satisfying to know that she's the face of our country this year. If she wins, that's just gonna be a cherry on top of having someone so gorgeous represent the Philippines.

    • @TIN CROMIE what ? Are you sure you dont believe me ? If you dont believe me so you also do not MUO. Too silly if you do not believe MUO.

    • @Magdalena Tan you are speaking no sense. When did I say that I just said??!? I said I don’t believe in YOU and your silly story. I will stop this non scene conversation here. Feeling like talking to a computer. 😂

    • @Lalisa Manoban dont compare straight woman with bisexual woman. As we know laksmi is trully woman in which empowermen other woman, child and young man with her voice and advocacy that acknowledge by WHO and Inline with MUO purposes.

    • @TIN CROMIE are your sure you guys do not believe MUO result anymore ? Do you think MU is cook peagent in which all of us known who will the next queen ? Wake up.. just trust and believe with MUO

    • @Lalisa Manoban dont be insecure with your delegates baby.. all of know what happent with your queen on Ms Supranational do not proud too much.. just follow the flow and trust with MUO's senior management about the result.

  • Thank you Madam Paula for pointing this issue. This bullying stuff is annoying and it has to stop.

  • You are a filipina, and forever a Filipina, Celeste! Will forever love and support this woman! 🇵🇭 Laksmi was an amazing woman as well. Can't wait to see them together in the competition ❤

    • 🇮🇩❤️🇵🇭🤗🤗

    • 🇵🇭❤

  • Celeste’s answer on the last question really solidified the fact that i will be forever stanning her not just a candidate but also as a woman

    • sameeeee. It was the highlight of the talk

    • Yes as a woman she is my inspiration. The tons of bashing she had after joining Miss Earth 2018 she gave amazing performance but fell short cause she is still young and only had 1 month preparation and no training so she won ME Philippines and top 8 in ME back then. But I saw her mental fortitude she never posted negativity and never talked back to anyone she simply moved on in her life and now she came back stronger than ever Improved a lot gets to show hardwork and perseverance with strong will and mind can turn around things and she is not just better but the Best than ever. not giving up till your time comes. Thank you for being an inspiration to me as an empowered woman. 🙏🏻💖💯♥️🥰🌸🌹✔️

    • Being a biracial woman myself I could relate to her words

    • Authenticity of a Queen 👑❤️🇵🇭

    • Her last statement was a BANG! I was just smiling tue whole time. Each ajd every word she delivered was very genuine and sincere. You can see it in her how she relates and empathize

  • As a pageant fan, I am really happy MUO have this discussion. We never know what this Queens life when the camera is off. Imagine yourself being the person who receives hate without doing anything wrong, and doesn't mean they are not showing it or saying it out loud does not mean it doesn't hurt. It is time for us to treat other people on how good we are rather than how they treat us. Congratulations to this 3 beautiful ladies for this meaningful conversation. And to those who experience bullying, just like me, a cheers for us all for enduring it. Remember that if we survive whatever circumstances we have now, we will survive anything!

  • Simply said, I want to applaud the organization for arranging a discussion regarding cyberbullying to address the problem that has been present from countries especially Philippines and Indonesia. Indeed, teaching individuals on the effects of cyberbullying can help to prevent it. I really hope that this talk helps people from both countries understand that the role of a miss universe is to empower women and not bring each other down. Love from the Philippines ❤️❤️

  • Wow 🇮🇩 Ms. Indonesia is really impressed me as a personally . The way She speaks such an inspiring to young generation or anyone who get cyberbullying , such as bring the light to the bashers . and Ms. Philippines 🇵🇭 She's so beatiful tonight

  • So proud of Celeste. We cannot deny the fact that Celeste has improved a lot from day1 of her 1st pageant to Miss Universe. Based on her experience, she really speaks from the heart . Goodluck Ladies. ❤from 🇵🇭

    • and dang! she is very beautiful!

  • Celeste's answers really touched me especially the part when people question her being half Italian. She sounded so spontaneous and unrehearsed. I can relate to her since I'm half Japanese.

    • @Yogi Dede zero MU crown forever wkkk

    • @wolves exes and end up like this 😆

    • @Yogi Dede Indo zero crown at MU wkkkk

    • @irfan irfan her answers were not rehearsed and she did not sound like she memorized sentences. Scared of what?

    • when she was asked to address what message would she tell her country's fan base, she looked uncomfortable and her message was vague and was not on point. scared much?

  • for my fellow Indonesian .. let's spread the love for everyones .. for Indonesian, for Filipinos and another in the world.. we can compete with love together... support with heart, don't with hate... let's make the story together... INDONESIAN AND FILIPINOS can life together in other sector . offcourse in pageantry too... 🇮🇩❤️ love from Indonesia

    • Grabeha diay ninyo mang bash noh? Daoton man pud ninyo among country...

  • Ms. Indonesia is very articulate and you can just tell that every single words that came from her mouth are sincere and genuine. Goodluck Laksmi!

    • Hahaha

    • *Yes, she is clean and neat. And Celeste is beautiful, most complete, utterly mesmerizing. Laksmi is clean and does not smell.*

    • @Rod Gold ito ung mga insesntive na comment. Katangahan ung ganyan

    • @Rod Gold it's just her opinion, please respect😅

    • philippines is perfect Smat and beauty

  • I'm so proud of you Laksmi, from Ubud-Bali The Island of Gods to represent Indonesia in Miss Universe ❤ I can see how she delivered knowledge, wisdom, persistence, sincerity and beauty of Balinese women to the Universe ❤ you girls did well today.

  • 40:07 I love how Celeste is voicing this issue out. This issue about wearing the Philippine sash being half is really still a big deal to Filipinos, not just to Filipinos too but also to foreigners who want to degrade the country that Philippines will never win without sending half blood candidates. I've seen many comments about this online during the reign of Pia and Catriona being MUPs and MUs. To all those people who degrade the candidate being a half blood just please stop it, you're just hurting the candidate who is thriving to represent something and is proud of her nationality just like Celeste. It's not the nationality or the ethnicity that matters, it's their intention to bring a good change in the global community that matters. Celeste, Pia and Catriona are Filipinos and they are all proud to raise the Philippine flag. The Filipino blood runs in their veins and you can't change that fact. Just imagine those young half women in the Philippines or in any country who want to join beauty pageants but being told that they don't deserve to join or become the representative of the country because they are not PURE blooded just doesn't make any sense. Never hinder a person from achieving their dreams in contributing something good to the universe.

    • @Yusuke “Eugene” Urameshi hindi mo lang naintindihan, shoo layas

    • @Yusuke “Eugene” Urameshi beee? Lumayas kana Lang dito Kung wala Ka den magandang sasabihin

    • I agree 💯👍

    • @Yusuke “Eugene” Urameshi isang example ng cyberbully, troll, basher at toxic ng social media.... WAG TULARAN.

  • Celeste's speaking skills has really improved a lot!!! I'm just so proud of her right now!!! GO GET THAT CROWN CELESTE!!! 👑

    • But I think they can’t heart her clear because her audio was messed up. I can’t even hear her clear

    • Agree!

  • Thank you so much Paula Shugart, Miss Philippines Celeste Cortesi, and Miss Indonesia Lakhsmi. Wow! this is really a very good call-out conversation for a very relevant issue that is happening for a very long time in the pageantry, etc. and the internet and social media worsen it actually. Especially these two countries with a very large fan base, and all other Southeast Asian and Latino countries as well, throwing toxicity at each other, creating fake accounts so that they will be able to say and post whatever they want. We, fans, and the audience learned a lot from this conversation/talk and it's also a good way and this was an opportunity for Celeste and Lakhsmi as an exposure as well to the universe to enhance their confidence and critical thinking in public speaking about a very relevant and current issue. Thank you Miss Universe Org. for having this talk and interviews.

  • I can feel Miss Philippines' authenticity everytime she speaks. She can easily snatch the crown 💯

  • Celeste never fails to amaze me with her speaking skills. As always she goes straight to the point and focus of her answer, delivering each and every word sincerely and meaningfully. Laksmi did very well honestly, she is very smart and eloquent. All the best to both ladies. 🇵🇭🇮🇩

  • Indonesia 🇮🇩 is a beautiful and friendly country, also a good host for all Miss Universe winners including the Philippines ❤❤❤❤❤

    • @Binibining Nice🌻 we are sorry for some people who was making bad of yours but trust me there are just some because the kind Indonesian who have so much loves for their bro & sis in Philippine is much more than that, Love u from Indonesia..

    • Is Indonesia really a friendly country? Other Indonesians can't stop bashing man gani.

    • 🇵🇭❤️🇮🇩

  • They talked about cyberbullying and there's no competition between them or who's the best among the two candidates from Indonesia and Philippines. They just needed to address the root and cause especially the conclusion and solutions regarding the cyberbullying. Miss Indonesia seems smart and powerful when she answer the questions even she may sound rehearsed and really did research about the topic which is cyberbullying, Her beauty is natural and simple she really improved her styling here. I'm glad that they have a high caliber to compete at Miss Universe this year and for Miss Philippines, she's a goddess looking I can't stop looking at her, she may sounds nervous maybe it's her italian accent but she speaks from her heart and she's so relatable which make her authentic. Well both of them did good their assignment. I wish them Good luck on their journey to Miss Universe 2022. May the best win! Waiting for Brazil, Colombia and Venezuela to be interview with Paula Shugart.

  • Celeste is very authentic. Everything she said was genuine and came from her heart. A very relatable queen. 🇵🇭🙌✨👑

  • Stop bullying, Philippines and Indonesia please spread love😊❤️🇵🇭🇮🇩

    • Bru the only reason they rebutted is cuz u started it

    • Philipin top bullying

    • @Adtya Dimas 8

    • yes i hope that indonesia and philippines make peace🇵🇭❤️🇮🇩

    • I love it 💗💗💗

  • I really love the way Celeste answered all the questions. We can say that her answer comes from the heart not a pageant fatty, not too rehearsed. She’s a beauty in and out❤️

    • It’s pageant patty** not fatty

    • I totally agree. I can't helo but smile everytime she speaks! Very at ease and sincere

    • Celeste the Queen👑👑👑❤️🇵🇭🇵🇭

    • She so Beautiful 🦋🦋🦋

    • ❤️❤️❤️

  • Im from PH, I’d say Miss Indonesia impressed me , her comms skills are great and her answers have weight. On the otherhand, I can feel Ms Philippines’ passion towards every answer she delivered. She was on point too. I feel like as fans, we should come together. And Celeste nailed the question about whats the best and worst comment she received online.. it gave me goosebumps and At this point, Im still in awe with the fact that this amazing woman is representing the entire Philippines this coming MU2022. This ethereal inspiring woman. Wow!! 👏🏼👏🏼🇵🇭

    • Miss Supranational.Philipina.unplace.

  • You did very well Celeste and I am proud of you and the fact that you are representing all of us Filipinos. Indeed you speak from the heart, your words might come across as simple yet all of them are resonating and meaningful. Thank you!🇵🇭

  • Laksmi is a good talker, she is a natural beautiful girl and always doing social work for humanity, so I believe she is doing her best for Indonesia, and thanks to Mrs. Paula for this opportunity, and see all fair to Indonesia and Philippines ❤ we love you and love the Miss Universe beauty pageant ❤

    • @Binibining Nice🌻 you put your opinion if ur queen had more natural beauty than laksmi for reply the comment who say laksmi is pretty. Everyone is pretty, just say that and don't compare the beauty of anything

    • @Binibining Nice🌻 stop hate and spread love sweetty

  • Thank you MUO for organizing an open meaningful discussion and for creating awareness of cyber bullying. Thank you for being an advocate of love, positivity and unity. Spreading love from the Philippines 🇵🇭 let’s go Miss Indonesia and Miss Philippines ❤️❤️❤️

  • Ms. Indonesia so very artuculate and she can to tell every single word that came from her mouth are sincere. Thankyou paula for the educate about cyberbullying, that must to tell for everyone else do not use the fingers or your mouth to put someone's mentality down. Go indonesia🇮🇩

  • My eyes always pointed to miss Indonesia, everytime she speaks, i can feel it in my heart, and always smiling everytime she talk. Love her so much. And also miss Philippines 😊

  • The biggest irony is that some people on the comment section are still comparing these two ladies (speaking skills, accent, "sincerity", aura, styling, face, etc.) whereas the essence of this very conversation is to support and uplift each other. Go Celeste! Go Laksmi! Grace the universe in your own unique, beautiful ways! ❤️❤️

    • @~uwu~ mao

    • @Binibining Nice🌻 they don't have the qualities to bash other candidates from other countries. They haven't won a single crown. They should learn to be humble. And yes, bashing is bad. Some Indonesians need to learn some manners.

    • @Jannis Deaf naay uban dzai gidaot ang Pilipinas sa ubang Indonesian, grabe sila kung mang bash, sakit kaayo paminawon.

    • It’s not really a comparison but more of a support of the fans for the qualities of the girl they admire the most. As Paula said, rivalry is okay and part of the competition as long as it doesn’t lead to cyber buIIying. Joining competitions like Miss Universe, comparisons can not be eradicated. In order to determine the winner, comparing who among the ladies competing is the most fit for the job will always be a part of the judging process. Don’t mistake a simple compliment to one of the girl’s admirable attributes to buIIying the other.

    • THIS

  • The negative thing from the fans is the fact they’re looking at this live as a performance. Stop rating the girls and start LISTENING to what they’re saying, bullying should never be tolerated. Thank you for sharing!

    • stay with the positive side ,,,they are all great,,,,and people knows that this is a talk show not yet the start of the prem and final crown

    • Ikr, they keep focusing on the girl's speaking performance as if this was a speaking competition, mu quarantine or something, geez!

  • Indonesia is very well spoken as well as Philippines. We have seen the passarela of Philippines which is amazing and I hope Indonesia gonna work on it and give us PL some surprises love from Timor-Leste 🇹🇱

  • Now a days it’s really relevant to talk about this issue, cyber bullying is rampant on social media, anywhere, and it’s really gives negative impact to one person, mentally, and even physically, thanks mommy Paula and miss universe organization for sharing and making this kind of forum,to enlighten everyone to stop this kind of abuse, instead let’s reunite and support one another, love each other and respect one another-❤️🇵🇭

  • 40:00 I cried. I can really feel Celeste's message. Good job!👏

  • What an amazing and meaningful conversation. Cyberbullying is a relevant issue nowadays and it's great that the Miss Universe Org was able to use this platform to raise awareness on this matter.

  • Celeste is very articulate and you can really tell that her answers are definitely from her heart❤🇵🇭

    • Remember you’re not the MU judges spread kindness

    • @andy dee sorry yes😃🤣

    • @MatemátikaHoHa'u 😆😆😆 sorry no..

    • Yeah I agree but we can't deny that Indonesia really speaks from the heart and nailed the interview section

    • 💯💯💯

  • Celeste Cortesi from the Philippines is very relatable ... genuine and authentic. She express her thoughts very well without using flowery words plus no doubt she's absolutely ... STUNNING.

    • @phong trần whatever votenam!🤣

    • @phong trần true

    • @phong trần Omg ka acla

    • Because filipino women is not beautiful and good at English, they have to choose a mixed girl. Look at this girl, her beauty has nothing related to Philipines, i am sure non fan will say she is from Europe not Asia

    • @phong trần another basher spotted😂 i think you don't understand the topic their talking about..They're discussing cyber bullying and here you are...🤢🤮

  • Celeste Cortesi speaks with the heart and I think that's her advantage in this competition.

    • Very natural right? She didn't sound like she memorize something

    • True. Honest and not pageant patty answers

    • 💯💯💯

    • She so very very Beautiful 😍🥰❤️❤️❤️ VivaFilipinas 🇵🇭🇵🇭🇵🇭🇵🇭

    • That's right

  • Celeste never fails to put a smile on my face everytime

  • When miss Indonesia Laksmi speaks its like a prayer n blessed everyone with her encouraging words, she’s Miss Universe material she’s speak.

  • Since Miss Indonesia claims to be able to speak Italian too, it would have been nice for her to have exchanged an Italian phrase/sentence or two with the multilingual, Italian-raised Miss Philippines. Or just a "Ciao, Celeste!' as an initial greeting to lighten up the mood of a serious conversation - if not as a farewell. Miss Indonesia could have garnered more approving thumbs-up than those that she's already done with her command of the English language in this video. All the best to Celeste and Laksmi! Unfortunately, only one of them is definitely bound for the highest universal glory. 😍

    • @Afable Benedict I didn't only compliment Miss Indonesia and her having a "command of the English language." I also admired the "multilingual" Miss Philippines. And when i said that it's "unfortunate that "only one of them....." it's because I love them both and I'd find it a pity. "Spread love and support," you say? Let's start with you refraining from making a snide comment on something that you obviously haven't fully comprehended.

    • all of them are amazing speakers not only miss indo.... spread love and support

  • Thank you so much Miss Universe Organization, to Miss Paula Shugart and of course to Miss Philippines and Miss Indonesia. As a pageant lover, I'm so sad to see negative comments online came from other accounts, bashers or trolls in social media who's attacking candidates. This talk and interview has opened our eyes that any type of bullying, especially cyber bullying is not good and it is truly need to stop. Any type of negativity and hatred is not good and it doesn't have any good thing to do. I honestly learned a lot of wonderful things from this and I really enjoyed watching. Miss Philippines, she's so sincere with her answers, she's true to herself and I love to listen in every words she says. She's relatable and honest. Miss Indonesia's answers are great and she's authentic. I love her answers and she can connect to people. Because of this interview, I get to know more about Miss Philippines and Miss Indonesia. I hope after this, Philippines and Indonesia should spread love, kindness, positivity and support to each other. We should stop the hatred, bullying, bashing and the fighting with each other. We need to unite and we need to always put in our minds that love, appreciation, respect and support from one another can make us all better together and can stop us from negativity. Goodluck to Miss Philippines and Miss Indonesia for the pageant. I will both support you and all the candidates. Love from the Philippines ❤️🙏

    • @Ragildewe We love Indonesia too. Your queen is genuine, kind and authentic. I love her❤️

    • We love you Philippines ❤ From Indonesia ❤

  • Indonesia blew me away. Such a sweet, Genuine and Kind Soul. May the world of Pageantry finally be able breaks the chains of unwanted rivalry and focus more on what they truly stands for. Much love to these both incredible ladies.🇮🇩❤️🇵🇭

  • After listening to both of these beautiful women, i can see that Ms. Philippines have more deeper experience when it comes to bullying/cyber bullying she can relate so much with this topic although Ms. Indonesia can also add meaningful ideas but its more like a research rather than personal experience. The more you listen to Ms. Philippines the more she becomes engaging coming to the end of the video and the more you look at her the more she becomes beautiful can't take my eyes of her. She looks so shy and soft but actually a strong woman.

    • @Stoeril Official but Celeste isn't also just providing statements coming from her own point of view? The fact that you're enforcing your idea towards another person who stated a different opinion than yours kind of beat the fact as to what you're trying to say about not looking at things in a singularity. The delivery of statement when it comes from personal experiences will sound a lot of different in comparison to researched media, and you can't say Celeste hasn't done research either, just because she didn't say "according to my research" does not mean she didn't do her part. It's just that she incorporated her own experiences a long with a lot of other things, same goes for laksmi. It all just comes down to the delivery, don't be biased if you're trying to point out something, look at and listen to both of them thoroughly, and if you want them to apply their statements in a much more general and inclusive way, then maybe you should do it yourself

    • @Stoeril Official dare to lecture me about life? you can't push your opinion on me. If you admire Ms. Indonesia than Ms. Philippines, good for you, i don't care but to push your opinion on me that's not gonna happen.

    • it's okay dear, I'm just commenting that someone can speak relate on topic not just someone who has experienced it the most. and you are just commenting in one point of view without seeing what the reality is. and related to research, hey dear. Do you know what advocacy laksmi brings? she is used to using additional research because she doesn't just want to tell one thing from one point of view. She wanted to add that the facts she experienced were real in the world and she was not alone. and it is the real important problem that we need to caring about.

    • @Stoeril Official why do i feel like your just sour graping because i can't comment more on Ms. Indonesia? that's my opinion and for your information its more interesting listening to someone who experience bullying it makes every word meaningful, real and true.

    • @Stoeril Official Surely, but it's really different when someone connects what they say from what they've gone through, it's coming from a personal point of view and others might find it closer to what they've experienced and learn from them.

  • Miss Indonesia 🇮🇩 .. such a very inspiring with the fact what she really faces through and telling the truth.. so Stop Cyberbullying .. Love you Laksmi ❤️

  • I love this oportunity for the women. And that Miss Universe says: we are here for change the world and find a solution for every problem. Cyber Bullying is a terrible problem. Thanks, Paula...., Thanks, Miss Universe. 💚

  • I love those 2 girls! They speak and shine with their own characters and ways! 😍 🇮🇩🇵🇭

  • Celeste's last answer is definitely the highlight of this interview. She is a Filipina!

  • What an inspiring and ground-breaking conversation! I am just so happy how Paula, Celeste and Laksmi were able to dig deep into the matter and address the widely known rivalry betweenc countries in terms of pageantry.

  • Celeste is so beautiful , I can not stop looking at her .Not just beauty, she's so intelligent and touch to my heart by her answer ^^ Go Philippines . Love from Vietnam

  • As a person who has studied bullying for almost two years, I can say that it is somewhat a bit uncontrollable. since many times the free personal opinion of one person can hurt another (right to free expression). and more when he is a public figure. I'm not sure if with this company they can cure bullying. but at the same time I feel that it is good and hopeful to teach values such as kindness and respect and little by little improve are society. so very good job miss philippines and miss indonesia

  • Miss universe Brazil has been suffering a lot of cyberbullying since wining. The people spreading hate are those who was cheering for a girl that did not win the crown, so they feel free to send bad messages, trying to humiliate and diminish the winner. Fortunatly, Mia is a strong girl with a well-prepared mind, besides the fans, friends and family support.

  • I like that they have selected Philippines and Indonesia as resource speakers for this knowing how some pageant fans from these two countries behave in the online community. I just felt that they should have also chosen a delegate from Latin community like Colombia and Mexico. Hope they’ll have a second series of this and include the delegate from Thailand as well. Hope this campaign helps to diminish cyber bullies. Pageant fans, let’s promote healthy competition and STOP BULLYING.

  • Hackers will hack, haters will hate and bullies will bully, It all boils down to envy and one’s demeanor. You cannot control people on what to do and not to do. Even here in America, Paula can’t control the American people. If you’re in a public eye, learn to have a thick skin and be ready on whatever is thrown at you. You must have a strong support system, personality and character like a Catriona or Pia who can withstand it all. Nice video, Celeste sounds so sincere and genuine. She’s a contender for the Miss Universe crown, good luck!

    • agree! i smell the 5th crown

  • I'm happy that Miss Universe opened this discourse about cyber-bullying and invited the countries with the most (I can say) rabid fans, Indonesia and the Philippines. I believe this should've been addressed earlier, even before Cheslie's passing, but as they say, "Better late than never." I'm from the Philippines and pageantry is my happy place (like The Sovereign), but unfortunately, I cannot spend a lot of time in this happy place without hearing at least a word of toxicity against a candidate or a country, regardless of the country. This will be a long and hard fight to cleanse the pageant community of such toxicity, but I welcome every step of progress in this area.

  • Love, love love this initiative of the Miss Universe Organization and the girls getting involved to eliminate the trolls... Good luck ladies at Miss Universe 2022!

  • Both of you guys were amazing while answering the questions best of luck both of you, Salam from Indonesia 🇮🇩

  • Celeste is very relatable, she is not talkative as Laksmi, but when she speaks, its really coming from her heart. ❤️🇵🇭 Laksmi on the other hand, impressed me with her comm skills tho sometimes its too much but she can speak better than Ayuma from 2020.

    • @Jerico Jard I respect your opinion mister❤🇵🇭

    • @Byron Licupa I left Italy before pandemic...i lived there for 6years.I'm Indonesian...so I know exactly how Italian accent sounds like....she doesn't have that Italian accent but all I heard was Filipino's.... anyway they both giving such a positive vibe and attitudes on bringing this issue up front....they both are on point....I love how these girls not just representing their country but most of all themselves.....and that's how it's started ....their heart...their feelings... genuinely spoken..coz they experienced it...peace

    • @Raka Indra yeessss i agreed 😂😂😂😂

    • @L CD 😂😂😂😂

    • @A Dreamer 😂😂😂😂

  • Both candidates expressed and relate themselves to the best of their abilities. No need to compare them but just wish the best in their journey to represent their respective communities & countries. Kudos to Julia for the interesting & uplifting interview.

  • Celeste speaks from the heart, just like Pia Wurtzbach!🧡

  • OMG Miss Indonesia is so really fluent in conversation, smooth and have a meaning. 😍😍😍

  • Indonesia is sending it’s most eloquent queen of the last 10 years and the Philippines is sending it’s most beautiful. Yes, she’s even more beautiful than their last two winners. I can’t wait for MU 2022.

    • Philippines is sending a complete package since catriona

    • Philippines is sending a complete package since catriona

    • Frederika "Where's my birth certificate" Cull is the most eloquent Inunesyan Kween from recent years.

    • Nope! I think Miss Universe Indonesia 🇮🇩 2019 is still the best.

  • Both girls look stunning 🥰🥰 Indonesia is truly spokesperson, she is articulate and how she delivers the messages is totally understandable

  • Miss Indonesia here is very good, her use of words is extraordinary and how she thinks, what she conveys is truly sincere

  • WOW LAKSMI YOU NAILED IT! 🇮🇩❤️

    • Yeahhh😍

    • ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

  • Aww Lakshmi is so sweet, kind, and smart. I like her. We love you, Indonesia 🇮🇩 ❤️ from the Philippines 🥰❤️🇵🇭

  • More than the competition, i think that the causes miss universe organization stands for is very advantageous to our society because these advocacies promotes harmony and unity. They teach us on how to be one and show respect to ourselves and to other people which I think are missing for years already which shouldn't be the case any longer.

  • Laksmi did a really good job on delivering her words, such an amazing queen 🤩

  • 🌍🇵🇪 WHAT A GREAT MEET! Totally agree with this powerful women. Please 🙏🏻 let's support our favorite queens without disrespecting the rest of the candidates. This pageant is a celebration and we must be proud of all delegates because they represent a part of this diverse & beautiful world. Regards from Peru!! 🙌🏻

  • I really like miss Philippines 🇵🇭 from Cambodia 🇰🇭

  • I love laksmi answer “3 M for overcome cyber bullying which are meditation, movement and music .. her knowledge is so universal bcoz she loves reading a book so much .. she prepared so well for this interview

  • Our country was colonized for Every Filipino has had multi-racial blood & nationalities, even if they don't realize it. To accept & empower our modern Filipinos is to embrace how our history calls to include every one of us with our various backgrounds & preferred languages.

    • really? based on my research mixed raced filipinos even only make up about less than a quarter the population.. during the Spanish East Indies mixed filipinos (includes intermarriage with spanish, english, etc.) only 340,000 +\- and it was before they were under the Japanese Occupation that almost distinguish half of them, and by now mixed raced filipinos only counted less than 5% of the 104million population knowing that 99% filipinos ancestors are coming from the austronesian tribe and the taiwanese.

  • Really surprised with how Celeste carried herself in this conversation. She has improved a lot. Also, the part where she mentioned about people questioning her citizenship was a little heartbreaking.

  • I believe tonight's session is not to compare both respected representative. It is to remind us what pageantry is all about, which is to empower women accross the universe. Also to raise awareness to never let hate wins over love and compassion. May all countries be respectful and kind towards another. Though Miss Universe is a competition, lets support with utmost fairness & sportivity. And remember that while the winner will make their country proud, she will ultimately represent the universe, which is not limited to one nationality per se.
