  • Everyone looks so emotionally drained. Props for doing the right thing.

  • All my love to Ariel’s family and Will. They all deserve better than this.

  • The fact they didn't sugarcoat anything and handled the entire situation like mature adults is a testament to the other three try guys and the entire crew. Props to them and I am heartbroken for them and for the families impacted by all of this.

    • @Renee Jansen Makes sense. But I do not believe there was any power abuse, these are what ifs. A boss can have a relationship without any power structure, and its wrong but I just believe this all shouldve been handles privately in both Alex and Neds family

    • Awkward, pretty sure ned was cheating with the same girl a year ago 😂😂😂

    • @FXHazardproductions he didn't get fired because he cheated, he got fired because he's a boss who had a relationship with his employee. Which opens the company up to lawsuits, but also just ruins the workplace environment for every of their employees. What if Alex felt she couldn't say no because otherwise her career might be in danger? What if Ned pushed to give Alex promotions/raises because he had a relationship with her, perhaps snubbing other employees who were more deserving? He jeopardized the integrity of the entire company. If I had worked there and Ned had stayed after all of this, I wouldn't be able to trust any kind of management decision anymore. It would completely break company morale

  • Zach sounding so betrayed to the point of choking up tears broke my heart. I’m so sorry this happened guys.

  • On the business spectrum I can’t imagine how much money the guys lost due to a lot of content they obviously filmed with Ned and how it’s Im sure impacting everyone’s household financially. So sorry to everyone involved in this disaster. I send so much love and prayer to all of you, none of you deserve to be in this chaos.

    • judging by how they're behaving, they're certainly on some spectrum

    • @Brandon Yo Unlike what you are implying, I don't think it is necessary that this is only a business move on their part. I feel like some people do have enough morals not to support cheaters who are ready to abandon their family and business to follow some dumb whim. Might be hard for you to imagine, but I can see it.

    • @Michael Traynor I don't think they are as rich as you think. They started this company by taking a second mortgage out on Ned's house (and actually work from his old house I think) just 3-4 years ago. Like to me it seems like they are at that stage where if all this fails, they can probably end up bankrupt because everything is based on whether they earn enough to pay back or not. Not to mention, content creating is a business that can go downhill at any point. Bigass movie studios have ended up dying in the past. Not everyone is Disney. Edit: That being said, seeing the outpouring of support from everyone for them, (and seeing how this video has like more than 3 times the views of their other videos) I feel like this has actually been the best thing to happen to their company lmao. So whatever losses they had are probably going to be covered.

    • @Brandon Yo Why should they be on their friend who literally cheated on his wife?

  • With how far these guys plan ahead, I can't imagine the financial and emotional devastation of all this. Stay strong guys, you have our support.

    • @C Brown Oh nooooooo

    • @Amaya It's even worse because this year's holiday season of Without a Recipe is supposed to be six episodes instead of the usual four ☹️

    • They probably had to cancel some stuff

    • Just release a new single 🌪️ Tell me what you think of it

    • Haha wait. *JX100*

  • Eugene is literally writhing and my heart breaks for all of these guys

  • Holding a friend co worker responsible for their actions on behalf of ur company & his wife is such a positive for so many!

    • @BootsandUtes ok but it would be ok if they anounce it to their Boss.. intetrsting for me as an european

    • @Alex Xx The reason that this blew up the way it did isn't because he cheated, it is because he was an owner in the company who had a "relationship" with an employee. Whether it was consensual or not it was a major abuse of his power as owner of the company.

    • @Alex Xx and company, but you do you

    • @Sonnenanbeterin1991 Relationships between employer and employee are not illegal as in you will go to jail, but it may put companies in jeopardy for possible civil rights litigation since the power dynamic between the employer and the employee can lead to coercion, intimidation, and abuse of power. If the violation is viewed as systemic, government civil rights agencies like the EEOC and the CDFE (in California) can sue the company to be audited or pay a massive settlement. Saying an employer and employee's relationship is "consensual" does not matter because there's a possibility that the employee does not have true agency. So to avoid all this headache, most (but not all) American companies in the private sector have a set of bylaws that restrict dating between the boss and the employee. You sign company policy paperwork when you board. It's the same in many public sectors like the military.

    • @JustMe not illegal but they have to be reportet..

  • The silent rage radiating from Eugene. The genuine heartbreak from Zach. And the maturity from Keith. You all are so strong. Proud of you guys for standing proud with your company.

  • this is such a professional response. So much respect for y’all. Sending my love to you three, your staff, and Ariel and their kids. Very unfortunate that this happened and I can’t imagine how betrayed y’all feel :(

    • @Brandon Yo Because he cheated on his wife with someone he also had a power advantage over and a work relationship with, it would be morally dubious and unprofessional even if he was single and is telling of character, self-control, priorities and trust-worthyness. Maybe they can repair their friendship at some point, who knows, but from a professional standpoint the boss that is hitting on the secretary should and needs to go. What Ned's done had zero consideration for the consequences it would obviously have if people caught wind of it, which is effectively betraying his friends and coworkers. If you want to ride or die for people who selfishly fuck you over, be my guest, but don't expect actually sane people to follow suit.

    • @Brandon Yo it’s not the cheating itself but who the cheating happened with. it was an employee of the company which is why he lost his job. he’s the boss. so it’s really not right to be dating an employee especially for him (or the other three but they’re not the ones involved in a cheating scandal). it brings up a lot of HR and workplace safety concerns for not just ned but the rest of the employees

    • @Brandon Yo What he DID was a horrible thing!

    • @Brandon Yo even if they didn't care that he cheated, he cheated with his employee which is literally illegal. also, cheating isn't something anyone should forgive so easily. it's horrible and it fucks with the mental health of the person you cheated on

    • @Brandon Yo not only did he cheat on his wife, but it was with an employee of theirs which is an abuse of power. also yes he cheated on his wife, but they have two kids who are so affected by it. they’re thinking about them.

  • As a long time Try Guys fan, I'm so proud of how you three have handled this entire situation. I will be supporting you three and can't wait to see what you do next in this new era ❤

    • I’m better than the try guys 😂, i make way better content

    • Just release a new single 🌪️ Tell me what you think of it 🔥🎵

    • YES YES YES

    • @Katie Grech I’m waiting for that to happen

    • Same ❤

  • You can tell how genuine this is, even from a psychology perspective. Eugene is angry, which is often how people who have trouble showing any weakness show sadness. Zach is in tears, which makes sense for how sensitive and kind he is. And Keith seems numb, which is another way that people who don’t like to show sadness show their grief. I’m praying for y’all, hope you’re doing okay!

    • Yeah, it's a show. They've had a long time to rehearse this.

  • Saw this on tiktok and cried hearing their voices break. Growing up with these guys really made what happened feel like a punch in the gut. I can imagine how betrayed everyone feels. I wish the boys and their company nothing but love while they navigate this ❤️

  • Literally sobbing, i grew up loving and adoring the try guys and to see this happen, it just breaks my heart.

    • That must be hard! I hope you're doing okay today. 💜

    • I don't know, all I see is three guys who knew they were working with a sleazeball and are acting sad about it now that it's gone public **shrug**

    • How old r u that u grew up with them 😭😭😭

    • 😂

  • i can feel eugene's anger radiating through his eyes, zach's sadness, and keith's disappointments. this is truely a mark in history, im so sorry for ariel and westley, this is horrible. thank you, THANK YOU for bringing this up.

  • Eugene: Barely restrained rage. Zach: Barely restrained tears. Keith: Barely restrained disappointed Dad.

    • @Jake Raught i keep hearing this bar story...

    • @YTUser_31 Eugene is the only POC and came out through the Try Guys…he has put himself out there in ways the others haven’t had to, so I can see why this upsets him so.

    • @Yaya if thats what u want baybee

    • @Kristie Mangan are you role playing rn 💀

  • Watching each of their individual reactions, body language, facial expressions and voices is heartbreaking. I always knew that these guys would handle something like this amazingly but I hoped they never would have to. I cant even imagine their pain.

  • This was handled more professionally than any “drama” has ever been on ID-tv. Props to you, Try Guys, for your poise and respect in handling this matter. We look forward to content as usual! Thank you for addressing this. ❤

  • This is a hard video to watch, but I'm glad to finally have some clarity of the situation. Thank you guys for everything you've done! Your channel has meant so much to me, even from the early days of Buzzfeed. I'm sending you all my love and hope for a wonderful future for the Try Guys! 💜💚💙

  • Probably the most graceful and sincere talk to the people who watch them and how serious they really take and love their jobs. So sorry that this happened to you guys, but thank you for standing for what you believe in. ❤

  • Seeing the sadness and frustration in their eyes is just heartbreaking.. And Eugene man... the rage in his face... 😭 This entire situation is just depressing.

    • *DEPRESSING LOL. MEANWHILE NED WAS IN BLISS GIVING THAATT FORBIDDDEEEN POOOSSSY LOTSA CREEAAMMPIIES!* UWU

    • @David David poopity scoop

    • @Eden Snow it’s a bot that spams these

    • @Katie Kerperien it’s 👏a 👏bot👏

    • @LostinToonami why are you a leaf 🍃

  • We’re all so proud of you 3. We’re sad about what happened, but we’re proud of your maturity… and so grateful that you kept us in the loop

  • I wish I could these guys a hug. You can see they really need their own comfort and time to process this event. It’s like a loss of a loved one, in a sense. Sending you three positive vibes and supportive vibes to all those in the middle of this who are hurt. Especially the ones who can’t have a say in all this. 🖤🖤🖤

  • I just hope that Ariel can be ok, emotionally and mentally. I love her and honestly i hope that i can be a good mother such as her when i get to have kids. ❤

    • @infinite43 oh dont worry ned isnt as memorable

    • I truly feel badly for her and her kids.... they will feel the outcome more than others in their situation would because of the media presence of Ned. I can't even begin to think about how I would cope in her situation

  • I didn’t expect to start crying a bit but… hearing the heartbreak in Zach’s voice got me. As he said, I cannot even begin to imagine the pain and frustration they, as well as their friends and family involved, must feel about all of this.

    • Same. It's just so sad for them. What a hard thing to do to a close friend and how horrible to must be to realized your friend is not who you thought they were.

  • That was an incredibly well-written statement and it must be so sad for not only those directly affected (Ariel and Will) but the Try Guys. It must be scary knowing your company and whole livelihoods have been shattered and your friendship destroyed, but just so you know, I can only speak for myself, but I'm a loyal fan, and I will carry on watching regardless because you three are wonderful

    • @Lady of the Library How? You just said "have been shattered and your friendship destroyed" HOW IS IT SHATTERED AND DESTROYED??? OVER AN AFAIR THAT DOESN'T AFFECT FRIENDSHIP!! You literally gave 0 arguments.

    • @Maine Man Alex's ex fiancé

    • Who tf is Will?

    • @Moonbeeps Ummm, i literally explained why in the original comment.

    • Just release a new single 🌪️ Tell me what you think of it 🔥🎵

  • These men are not just Ned’s co-workers. These men are his brothers! To see the disappointment and anger in their face is so sad. They came from working with one company leaving to building something together. And to Ms.Ariel I hope you get through this and find peace.

  • I’ve been a silent fan of the try guys since your time at buzzfeed..I was thrilled when y’all broke out on your own. Regardless of the internet memes made out of this, I was heartbroken for y’all, Ariel, and everyone else negatively impacted. I hope that everyone can make peace with this awful event and move forward however feels best. I look forward to supporting the next chapter of the REAL Try Guys. God speed

  • I think what makes it worse is that Neds character was always based around him and his wife, and I think that’s what shock everyone more.

  • This is the best way you could have addressed the situation under these certain circumstances. I really applaud and appreciate the appropriate amounts of emotion and professionalism you three expressed in this video.

  • My heart is with you guys.

    • @Xuala Renthlei , Ummmmm…, I don’t think he’s hurting for subs or views!

    • @Xuala Renthlei ??

    • Ayy my dude, can i maybe possibly in the slightest chance, request a choreography? Or at least for you to try to choreograph?

  • The anger in Eugene's eyes, pain in Zach's voice and Keith's disappointment. 😔 Sending love to you guys, Ariel and the kids.

  • i feel like my parents are getting divorced all over again 😢 the try guys are one of my comfort channels not having ned anymore hurts

  • I have so much respect for you for holding Ned accountable for his actions even when it means losing money and heartbreak in the moment. I am tired of seeing companies and organisations sweep such situations under a rug to help one of theirs "get away with it". I hope others in the future will follow your example

  • I can sense all three of their emotions by just hearing at their voices ..... I feel crushed too....poor Zach tho- he seems to have gotten it harder 🥺

  • I am so sorry this happened. Sending much love to you all.

  • One of the reasons I love The Try Guys is that in a world filled with talentless insufferable pricks who make awful content and take advantage of their fans, they’ve always come across as genuinely decent and sweet guys who make wholesome entertaining videos and who care about setting a good example to their fans. They probably could have swept the recent revelations about Ned under the carpet and carried on like nothing happened. But they didn’t cos that would make them hypocrites and at the end of the day all the views, subscribers & money in world doesn’t matter if you can’t look yourself in the eye without feeling shame. Their latest video really is an emotional gut punch. Keith seems so disappointed, Eugene is pissed off & Zach just looks heartbroken.

  • I admired you guys as human beings as much as I did admire you as creators, (because of the values I thought all of you represented) what Ned did hurt my trust in the world and humanity, Yet the three of you guys just restored it with this video, Thank u. you guys are the reason I still believe faithful-healthy love exists. I am proud of you. Sincere love to you and your loved ones. Thank you for being part of my self-care routine.

  • My heart breaks for you guys. I can't imagine what you guys are feeling right now. Just know that we are with you and support you. ❤️

  • Thank you for holding him accountable! As hard as it is some people need a hard hit of reality to the face!

  • this honestly made me so sad. not at the fact that ned isn’t in the try guys anymore but because he really did fuck it up for all. the passion these 3 had towards the channel and the dedication they had towards the fans, it just made it even harder for them. i literally started crying of frustration because i’ve been a fan of the try guys for so long, and i will admit, i loved seeing ned and his personality mix with the other guys, now i just know it’s going to be a huge drastic change. i will forever be here for them 💜💚💙

    • @Gale SK right? like who’s to say i did or didn’t lmaoo

    • @i know exactly who you are calm down babes

    • Not “literally”🙄🙄🙄

  • so much love to the Try Guys team throughout this situation, not easy, love to Ariel and the boys

  • The phrase "Never dip your pen in the company ink" exists for a reason... Sadly, Ned is one of the *_many_* prime examples of why that phrase exists in the first place. My heart goes out to Ariel, the kids, you three, and all the employees who have been affected by this ❤

  • I'm so sorry this happened to you all. You are all handling this all very well! We love yall...if yall are hiring I would love to provide more support

  • Oh my dear Try Trio! The pain, feelings of betrayal, and anger you are experiencing are not something I would wish on anyone. I just want to hug Zach and Keith and take Eugene to a rage room. Eugene looks like he really needs to break some stuff! My prayers for you and those affected by the poor decisions of two individuals who didn't stop to think beyond themselves. I pray that the Try Trio and the LLC come out the other side stronger than before. A weekly podcast I listen to just went thru this exact implosion. They are working thru it and will survive and so will you.

  • The brand is the Try Guys. It's not focused on one singular guy, but the whole. We will continue to love and support you three, wherever this takes you. From Eugene's strength and grace, to Keith's fun loving and relaxed nature, to Zac's goofy and cheerful personality, you three make three pillars that will continue to grow and thrive and develop a brand that we all enjoy.

  • Thank you guys for your honesty and absolute bravery. I'm excited for the new era of the Try Guys! 💚💙💜

  • I dont even know if yall realize the importance of yall doing this. So proud of you 3 forreal 👏🏾

  • this is heartbreaking but we're so proud of you guys.

  • Can clearly see the pain, anger and disappointment in each of their eyes. Imagine the dread of losing an empire they built for 8+ years just because of one moron who couldn't keep it in his pants. I hope these three recover from this well and go to make more amazing content and find happiness in that again. Bless you guys and also Ariel and kids.

  • I know this wasn't easy, but I just have to say I appreciate you all for coming forward and being so transparent about all this. It hurts losing one of your own like that, but I believe you three will continue to press forward with your team into a new era of The Try Guys. You just got a new subscriber :) Keep up the great content.

    • Totally agree. I know there’s many ways they could have responded but the way they have, although not easy, was the right way. All my respect to the remaining Try Guys and their team.

    • Really respect you all for breaking the trend of toxic masculinity and not sweeping things under the rug to protect a friend. Thanks to you 3 for actually putting actions behind the words you've been preaching on this channel. I can't imagine how hard or hurtful this experience was but you did the right thing. Wishing all affected, especially Ariel and the kids, healing and better days ahead.

    • Same. New subscriber.

  • This is as professional as it is genuine. Hope things go uphill for these three from here. ❤️

  • Seeing these 3 guys trying to hold on emotion while being as honest as they can be at the moment is honestly the most heart breaking to me. I’ve been a fan since the buzzfeed days and will remain a fan in which ever avenue they choose 💕 thanks guys

  • Eugene’s commitment to style should never be over looked. Also sending love to you guys. It’ll get better

  • "Where there is anger, there is always pain underneath." ~Eckhart Tolle I know you probably won't see this, there's 55,000+ comments on this video as I type. But I wanted to at least share a few words of support for you after watching this video. I am sure you three and your inner circles (personal family members and your Try Team) are feeling a complexity of emotions from anger to pain, sadness and disappointment but also grief and loss both of a personal friend and a trusted co-worker. The simple fact that you chose to share your process in this situation is astonishingly well guided and sophisticated in providing healing to many of us who were also disappointed to hear of what happened. Thank you for this. More respect to you for being open and honest. Take care of your mental states in this situation. Find positive outlets and give yourselves some grace. You are all doing the best you can.

  • Sending hugs for Eugene, Keith, Zach, Ariel & the kids, also YB (because she has to do a lot of the editing), and all of the try guys team! You guys are great people ❤

    • @Isabella we send friendly pats on the back to show support

    • Don't know how much Eugene would want a hug 😂 but this is a really sweet comment

    • Also Will, he and Alexa where together for over a decade and engaged…. seriously just heartbreaking all around.

  • Keith looks like he has been crying, Zach looks and sounds like he was about to burst into tears and Eugene was so angry and stiff, I feel so bad for them and Ariel and the kids, truly didn’t deserve this😞

  • my goodness...this was heartbreaking to see. You are clearly amazing people. seeing the way this was handled was refreshing, heartbreaking, and completely moving. It's always hard to lose a friend, especially when your group is so in the public eye. It is my hope this gets easier for all of you, because none of you, nor his wife deserved this sort of betrayal. No one does. But thank you for this... sometimes it's hard to understand the gravity of a situation because when it's over a screen, it feels so far away. But it was easy to tell you guys really care about not only each other, but your fans, and not simply on a superficial level, and I find that so, so helpful. I love that this was not simply brushed off, and I hope this gets easier for you all sooner rather than later.

  • I wish I could give you all a hug. Eugene looks angry, but it’s clear he’s also trying not to break. They all are. I’m sorry you guys had to go through this 💜

  • You can just hear the pain in their voices I feel so bad for them they are friends with Ned for years and to find out everything that happened must be terrible

  • Sending all my love to Ariel, you three, and the rest of the Try Guys employees.

    • @Aliamello yes this is the place to call out predator defenders lmao. Stop defending them

    • Yeah

    • @Ohmwrecker / Maskedgamer You’re just after clout since everybody dropped you like they did Mini Ladd, pipe down! 🤫

    • @Maria Khan they'll probably look into to see if the relationship was mutual or not. If she wasn't forced into one they can get rid of her. But more than likely she'll quit quietly. Got a feeling she's not well liked rn.

    • @I I as far as I’m aware she’d been engaged to a man she’d been dating for like 7 years. The only difference between that relationship and Ned’s with his wife is the title of said relationship. They’re equally at fault, it takes two to tango.

  • Infidelity is nobody's business but the couple involved. His wife is still with him and I'm sure she was not lobbying for them to fire her husband and cut off her family's income. I hope there's more to this story than a workplace affair.

    • He was the CEO of a company having a relationship with a subordinate. You don’t need to have a degree in HR and corporate management to know that it’s a huge violation. His actions makes the whole company liable for lawsuits down the line. From a corporate standpoint, it makes the most sense to fire him.

    • He was the CEO of a company having a relationship with a subordinate. You don’t need to have a degree in HR and corporate management to know that it’s a huge violation. His actions makes the whole company liable for lawsuits down the line. From a corporate standpoint, it makes the most sense to fire him.

  • This is hard to watch but important to hear. My heart goes out to the Try Guys and of course to Ariel.

  • HOW could Ned DO this? I can’t imagine how heartbroken everyone involved is. 😢

  • I understand how sad and hurtful this is for you, but the fact that you are more loyal to Ned's family than he was proves to me that your name should actually be the Try Gentlemen.

  • I feel bad for them, but I'm devastated for Ariel... can't imagine how hard it is for her to have this happen AND for it to be so public.

    • @AnimeViber09 he left her

    • I know we only see a small part of their lives BUT I still think, Ariel, was blindsided. Either way it’s awful, zero excuses.

    • How about Alex’s fiancé?

    • @K C yeah i agree. I just hope Ariel makes the choice that’ll make her happy

    • @Jo Calderone hey…that’s enough, is not your business.

  • This is NO ONES fault except Ned and Alex. This isnt yours, Ariel's, or any other employee's fault. They are grown adults, they knew what they were doing. Please dont be so hard on yourselves, they knew how to hide it, but I guess they slipped up. None of you deserve this kind of pain or betrayal.

  • Thank you for the transparency and the update. You’ve handled all of this with maturity, professionalism, integrity, and sincerity. I’ve been watching the Try Guys since the very first inception video on Buzzfeed. I was so proud, excited and inspired when you guys broke off and became your own company. I will continue to support y’all in whatever future projects you embark on, whether that’s TryGuys content or something else ❤️

  • Zach shouldn't have to apologize, none of them should apologize for anything, period. The damage was done by individuals who made conscious decisions. Still, I applaud the three of them for handling this in a very professional manner.

  • The Try Guys has always been a beacon of kindness, empathy, curiosity, and of course comedy. I am so incredibly saddened for what you are all going through. Your videos bring joy to so many, and your humanitarian work to advocate for the rights of the lgbtqia+, bipoc, and people with disabilities is so powerful. You are wonderful people. This sucks. Thank you for being you and I hope the love and support from the community helps you all through this.

  • Your heartbreak is palpable. You handled this gracefully and we will always support you! ❤

    • @Brandon Yo they aren’t turning on their best friend. He chose to do what he did, with a person who was employed by him. The ramifications of that to a company could equal major law suits. They are appropriately managing their brand based off their morals and values, and doing what’s best for the company. We have no way of knowing their personal support of him outside of the business perspective.

    • @Amanda Sutherland seriously why tf are they turning on there best friend for cheating on his wife? Let the press pass and let him slowly come back. Now they ruined that ever happening. That’s ur best friend homie day one and he cheats on his wife and u delete him from everything that’s a horrible thing to do

    • Couldn’t agree more! I feel like a proud mom!❤

    • Hey Hannah💗

    • Hi Hannah

  • These guys did everything right, and i feel like that's so rare! Like i would feel so safe & protected working there. From thinking of the family first, to putting morals above money, and for LITERALLY TELLING THE INTERNET TO NOT LET THE FEMALE EMPLOYEE GET ALL THE HATE.

  • This was difficult to watch. I can clearly see Eugene's anger, Zach's heartbreak, and Keith's unbelief of the whole situation. I'm so sorry this has happened, but be reassured that you have a fanbase that will stand by you. Stay strong, get your head's straight, then come back with the most epic content ever!

  • Thank you for being so respectful of Ariel and the kiddo I really appreciate the professionalism of your team sending good vibes to you three and the rest of your team

  • This was handled so incredibly well. It really shows the respect these guys have for everyone involved and understand the heaviness of these actions. Great job try guys, look forward to seeing your new stuff and the direction your channel will take 👏🏼

  • The fact that even Keith and Zach are completely solemn and Eugene somehow looks even more serious than usual really shows how hard this has hit them as people who considered ned a friend and valued fellow creator for so long. Really sucks that ned's harmful actions have so heavily and negatively impacted so many people an d he hasn't even properly taken accountability. Stay strong guys, and if it's any consolation, I and many other people have watched the videos were ned has been edited out, and still loved them and laughed all the way through them, even without ned. The creations that you have shared with the world are valued and appreciated by many. So sorry this has happened to you guys, Ariel and her kids. Best of wishes to you all. I'm sure all of us understand if it's not possible, but keeping Ariel on the team would be amazing. She's a kind, creative person who brings a lot to the channel, and she did nothing to deserve this hurt, nor did you guys. Keep being awesome

    • @Giulia she never felt any shame remember ariell talking about her pregnancy insecurities after giving birth and not feeling attactive..she sat next to her and gave compliments

    • @crabplayssims yup. All those videos are hurting Ariel, the guys, Alex’s ex fiancé (because lets not forget about this poor guy… he’s lucky to not be an internet figure like Ariel but I figure he’s still heartbroken and is likely seeing people talking about this everywhere just like Ariel) and most importantly, imo, the kids. Luckily I think even Wes is still too young to be exposed to the media stuff but they will grow up one day and they will see some of this stuff… idk it’s just sad. Ned wronged so many people. I hope the kids will be alright.

    • @Sonnenanbeterin1991 yeah absolutely, but to be honest I kind of feel like she’s gonna quit anyway because would you want to stay there? Talk about awkward.

    • @Sonnenanbeterin1991 I think he was also let go due to the infidelity, as it still conflicts massively with the morals of the Try Guys (the current try guys) and the brand. I think it's important that the team stands their ground and I think they fired him for both reasons. Although since the coworker who had an affair with him, technically that coworker also was unfaithful, which is against the brand, and has not been fired. Therefore, I do see how it could very likely be that he was only fired for legal violations.

    • @Giulia Brilliant point. And already so many people are profiting off of videos made about the situation by channels that have no involvement or right to. As the guys say in this video, there's a family at the centre of this, and it's disgusting that there are so many people monetising that. Even if they're criticising ned, they're still spreading it and putting more stuff out there that Ariel will likely see. The whole thing has just screwed so many people over, and it's upsetting that this is something Ariel may have to deal with for a long time, and likely for the entirety of her internet career. So devastating. I and I'm sure everyone else would fully understand and support her opting to leave the team, or not be in the videos anymore, as long as she is happy.

  • Literally in tears. This is so heartbreaking. Sending you all, especially Ariel, love ♥️

  • I’m glad you guys made this vid and I’m glad y’all were being formal about the situation and sorry to your staff and everyone at your company and I hope y’all can recover from this soon

  • I'm so sorry you're all going through this. Huge love to the Try Guys and the whole team.

  • As someone who's been betrayed by their spouse, I want to thank you three for standing with ariel and supporting what is right. "Not taking sides" is a big cop out and I'm proud of you for doing the right thing.

  • Eugene looks like he’s holding back so much, his disgust is so clear. You guys made a very professional decision and clean concise statement.

    • @jv jv because Ned didn't just cheat on his wife he also put his best friends' careers at risk for his own personal benefit. and also they're close friends with Ariel, so according to your logic, they are sticking by their friend through thick and thin

    • @Courtney M Couldn’t have said it better myself

    • @mchras the moment they all confronted him must’ve been super intense

    • @jv jv I'd imagine a large part of it is 1) his wife is their close friend too, and he betrayed her, and 2) Because this affair was with a Try Guys employee, it puts the entire company including these three at legal risk 3) He fucking lied to them. Friends don't do that, especially something like this, and expect to keep that friendship. If my friends divorce, I'll support them both. If one of them cheats on the other, I will ABSOLUTELY be on the cheated-on spouse's side.

    • @janar pilv i still don't see how they would lose their best friend over him cheating on his wife. It makes no sense. Friends are friends through thick and thin wether little fuck ups or big fuck ups

  • I've been watching The Try Guys since Buzzfeed, and seen all the development and growth of this team. I never thought something like that would happen!

  • 3:32 Do not apologize, this is not your fault. None of yours. We love you and support you. From yours fans, you are loved and we completely understand your struggle right now. The fact that you're apologizing to the fans even though you knew Ned personally for years and years and know people in your personal life who've been greatly effected by this just proves how sweet you men are. Because you also take your fans feelings into consideration as well as the people in your personal lives. Stay strong guys. I am a huge fan of yours and you have your fans love and support waiting right here whenever you need it

  • I'm sad to see you guys hurting through this as well as what Ariel and the boys have been feeling and going through. My thoughts are with you.

  • It's refreshing to see that something like this is handled with honesty and like adults. Sending Ariel with family and all of you guys lots of love ❤️

  • Honestly, THIS right here, is what true genuine leadership and professionalism look like. Acting swiftly and as transparently as legally possible. Being open, honest, and direct with company employees and customers (the fans). Taking ownership and responsibility for any wrongdoing (even if it was someone else's wrongdoing). And lastly, apologizing to all those affected and trying to make amends. My heart goes out to all of you, your families, and your employees (except Ned and Alexandria) affected by this, especially Ariel. Thank you for everything you're doing and the incredible work you put out there that brings joy to so many. Hang in there guys! Wishing you all the best moving forward. ❤

    • @Kevin Jong it’s the business being affected that’s causing them to remove him. What made TryGuys so fun was that it was just 4 friends. Then they made a business out of what they were doing. DanPlan is an example of the same thing but just had a different “ending”

    • @Monoman:TGS but it's not like the business is the only thing affected

    • @Monoman:TGS Ned was kicked because it'd affect their business, paychecks is just one part of it.

    • @Kevin Jong you really going to look me in the eye and say Ned wasn’t kicked to the curb because it’d hurt their paychecks

    • @Monoman:TGS They can still be friends IRL, even if it wasn't a business Ned's actions would still have affected them, it's not just the company that is impacted by it.

  • Eugene, zack, and Keith. Please do not beat yourselves up about this. You are not responsible for neds action. Sounds like you did everything by the book and made the best option for all involved. I am absolutely disgusted by the two persons involved in the scandal. I hope discipline is taken towards the other party involved. Lastly, my heart breaks for the families involved in this. The wife and children and the fiancé of this employee do not deserve the hell that their lives are currently in. I hope that they seek counseling and sever the ties with their past if needed for healing.

  • The TryGuys really made my childhood, now that I am older, I see so much growth in the guys especially through this tough decision they had to make. More than sadness, I am proud of how Eugene, Zach and Keith handled the situation and I will be looking forward to this new era of them!

  • My heart aches for you. You can hear and see the pain youre all feeling. Youve handled this so well

  • Anyone saying that they are overreacting has never had a friend and/or loved one hurt them in a way that can't be fixed. I hope that the parties who did the damage get a heaping dose of karma flung their way. Wish you 3, Ariel, the boys, and Will the best.

  • Thank you for standing by your principles and for acting so quickly. I’m sorry for the devastating emotional damage this has wrought on your group and on your fan base 💔

  • I'll always support you guys, you've done a truly respectful job of confronting and processing this. Love you guys xx

  • I strayed away from the Try Guys in the last couple years, but their videos got me through really tough times in high school. Being able to disconnect from the world and laugh for a bit while watching their videos made life manageable. I feel like I grew alongside the Try Guys and their pain is my pain. I’m hurt too. I looked up Ned and Ariel and wanted to have their relationship dynamic in the future. Seeing people I admire so much hurt like this is difficult. I’m sending so much love to you guys, the Try Guys team, and all your families. 💙💜💚

  • I totally can see all of their emotions in all of this, and that's what I've always appreciated about these three is their willingness to be emotionally open and honest. I think they handled this extremely well and quickly, which was evident in their content and actions weeks before it even spilled that Ned was having an affair. I have nothing but the utmost respect for these three, and nothing about the events that transpired has given me reason to doubt these guys or the rest of the staff for Try Guys. I totally respect Eugene's request for not slandering any of the women involved due to gender discrimination, which was just further reinforcement of why I like these guys and what their brand stands for. Like all of us I'm very disappointed in the coworkers who had the affair in the first place, more so with Ned since he showed a lot more of his life with Ariel so I know more about her than the fiance. But that's Ned and Alex's stuff to work through now as they move forward in life, living with the mistakes they made. I just feel for the fiance, and for Ariel especially since we got to know her better through content, and she always had so much kindness. She's probably the one I'm the most devastated for of everyone since she has her two boys in addition to her marriage. My heart goes out to the Try Guys and staff, and to Ariel in all of this.

  • This, *THIS* is how you handle a situation like this gracefully. With awareness of your position of power, as much transparency as possible, and not muting your feelings. Love y'all.

  • the amount of pain in their voices, especially zach’s, is insane. much love to all of you. sorry this even happened.

    • @Jesus Saves! now is not the time

    • When you trust in God and cast your cares (worries, anxiety, depression, suicidal thoughts) upon him, they will be NO MORE! Know that there is power in the name Jesus Christ! His name casts out demons and heals! The world is wicked, evil, and of the devil. I too, was a wicked sinner of the world before I opened my heart to God. I am living proof of God's work and fruitfulness! He is an active God who hears the prayers of his! God's children are set apart (holy) and righteous. The devil is a liar that comes to steal, to kill, and to destroy; that includes your relationship with God.

    • Jesus Christ died for our sins, rose from the dead, and gives salvation to everyone who has faith in him. True faith in Jesus will have you bear good fruit and *drastically* change for the better! Those led by the Holy Spirit do not abide in wickedness. *God is ONE manifesting himself as THREE;* the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit! Bless him! *For these three are one.* As I am led by the Holy Spirit, nothing I state is a lie, but the truth of God. Anyone who tells you differently is misinformed or a liar. They do not know God, nor led by him. Anyone who *claims* to be a Christian and is against what I am doing, and where I am doing it; the Holy Spirit does not dwell within them, they lack understanding. They know not God, read his word, and their religion is in vain. Do not hear them, they will mislead you, the lost cannot guide the lost.

    • Kieth was really quiet (when Keith’s said he gets really quiet), Eugene looked like he could kill some me through a screen and you can hear through Zach’s voice that he was really struggling to not cry :(

  • It’s deeply saddening to see the hurt this has caused and I’m sorry doesn’t feel like enough. I’ve watched your channel for many years and wish you all the best both professionally and personally ❤

  • Friendship break-ups are so painful. My heart is with you, and everyone hurt by this. Doing the right thing is hard, and I can’t imagine the burden of something this difficult being so public. I know you guys will continue to be kickass, hilarious and just solid folks. ❤️ I look forward to the future!!!

  • I love that Eugene pointed out that the internet has a tendency to attack the female more and that he wants them to be kind to her

  • I understand that this was an incredibly difficult situation for you guys but I must say how much I respect you guys for how you handled the situation. I used to love your videos back in the day but haven't watched your content in the past couple of years. This situation brought my attention back to you guys and because how much I admire your responsible and mature decision, I'm now subscribing to your channel.
