  • This is like losing at Russian roulette, surviving the bullet, then going back home to play again

    • russian roulette with 6 bullets

    • @Thegame .Dev you can. Just get a restraining order against death and he'll have to leave you alone for at least a year and then you can re:new it again and again. That's why the queen of england is alive for so long.

    • Natural selection is kinda slow this days due to the advancement we have in Medical Science, and since social media became the norm mainstream with tons of platform, idiots and other idiots can fasten the pace of natural selection by supporting each other to their demise. Chasing fame and popularity is on another level, back when fame and being a celeb was a way of earning for company or self entitled which really do sell good products or useful products. Now everybody wants to be Kings and Queens while the Jester is killing them in between, i wouldn't wannabe their prince in jeans, with no character and self esteem.

    • if at an angle, you can survive Russian roulette, it's like hitting the head with a sledgehammer: my father

  • This guy is literally just Nikocado Avocado from a parallel universe. He appears to have the same sort of self-awareness of how much harm he's doing to himself, and the same inability to stop because that's where all his clout comes from. Both of these men have chosen to destroy their bodies and parade themselves around as circus freaks for the sake of attention.

    • this is masochistic behavior is honestly has nothing to do with attention

    • @Pzsn There are rumors that he's quitting the mukbang scene, which seem to be backed up by his recent inactivity. I really hope that's the case, and that he isn't just taking a break or something.

    • I have hope on Nik honestly

    • @Jason Muriithi Kiama and one is getting fatter and ones muscles are getting bigger lol

  • Hey Charlie, russian guy here, wanna clarify that yes, he calls himself "bazooka hands" just because of language barrier, cause you know russians tend to not use specific word for hands or arms, we just generally call both parts with the word "руки" (which is pronounced the same as the word "rookie" by the way), even google translate will say that both hands and arms mean "руки" in russian if you type it there, and in reverse if you want to translate "руки", google will show you that it means "hands" in english, so I think it's pretty much Kirill's case with messed up translation. Although there is actually a word for "hands" in russian, it's called "кисти" (kisti), but we don't use that word too much in regular speech, it's more of a formal or medical term. So that's why russians often use word "hands" when they actually mean arms, shoulders or biceps, "рука" is an umbrella term in russian for any part of an arm basically.

    • @Питер де Врийе кисть = hand

    • Ahh you learn something new everyday. I remember back in the day's when Dj Alligator (a danish/iranian dj and music producer) had a song called Davaj davej. I know what Davej means, but back then i remember us shouting out loud "rookie rookie" not knowing what it really ment. Based on your comment i figure that it means something like "hands in the air"🙃

    • @3xperiman especially you, you dont care so much that you even left a reply to state that

    • @3xperiman дядь, посмотри количество лайков и реплаев под этим комментом, очень даже много кто керс)

    • Ноубади керс, бро

  • Calling him Popeye is an insult to Popeye. Popeye was a fighter, those arms were explosive - this guy's arms are literally just the inflatable arms from Spongebob, I'm actually worried that when he steps into a ring and his opponent punches him, his arms might pop and leak oil all over the ring making it slippery.

    • On the other hand, he mentioned that he also injected olive oil among other things, so it's oddly fitting.

  • In a lot of slavic languages, "hand" refers to the entire arm. When we need to specify, we call the specific part (elbow, bicep, wrist, etc)

    • Purely with context lol. ...

    • In Bulgarian

    • @Dirty Dan in russian, for example, there are words for both the arm and the hand - «rooka» and «ladon'», respectively. However, the former is commonly used to refer to both parts of the body, and you guess the specific meaning by context.

    • what if you need to specify *only* the hand?

    • Interesting to know ty

  • wouldn't it be easier / less painful to just binge steroids and go to the gym 4-6 hours a day?

    • @PERKELE how so?

    • @CowsInvertebrates Coping natty Lmao

    • more like 2 hours max but yeah

    • @Григорий Кривицкий but atleast he's gonna look a lot better

    • Yea they are in the same price-range right

  • I've seen articles calling this guy a "Russian body builder". At least on the titles and headlines. That must suck for body builders to be compared to that...

    • As far as I know, he is constantly being laughed at by most true athletes, those guys take no offense

  • I imagine this is a psychological issue unfortunately. He's trained his brain to get rewarded whenever he does this, regardless of his logical thinking process. It's really sad

  • As a Russian, I think you're giving the guy too much credit by calling him Russian Popeye

    • @Gino Gatash Don't diss my man Chris like that

    • Yeah he looks more like Chris Redfield in Resident Evil 5

  • I feel sad for this guy...What makes me even more sad is the fact that people giving the guy all the attention he seeks, which in return clearly inspires him to further actions.I lost my faith in humanity long ago sadly =(

  • People are complaining that oil prices are getting too high nowadays, well it’s because most of it is inside his arms. Jokes aside, the more people that give this man the attention for his appearance, the more he’s going to continue injecting. Nothing will stop him unless social media stops existing, so he will never stop.

    • @Bear on Vacation engagement determines where the comments will be

    • I'm sure additional views won't help, but getting less and less views will probably lead him to doing more drastic behaviors to try and compensate, because the root of his issues is having unhealthy coping mechanisms. Trying to do extreme things to his body to get attention to get a brief repreive of validation from the views and reactions, before going right back to even more extreme behaviors to keep the validation coming. He needs to figure out for himself that doing this to his body is never going to get him what he's looking for. And that if he doesn't try to find healthier ways to cope, he will die.

  • I think the most ironic part of all this is that doing those injections probably made him weaker than he was before because of the stress that’s been put on his biceps and the lack of mobility in his arms. I bet him doing like 1 decently heavy curl would probably cause his biceps to just explode.

  • I had cystitis of my left arm and almost lost it due to the infection not being cured after my first go to the hospital, so seeing this guy makes me absolutely worry for his health. My arm had an abscess as well, and it got like the size of my calf and was literally so painful. I dont know how he possibly withstands the pain of stretching his skin this far to maximum and it absolutely seems like an addiction to me.... hope he gets some mental health help before it's too late.

    • why did you have that problem with your arm??

  • The guy was in the Russian army, which says a lot about someone's mental health afterwards. It's gotta affect your psyche. It is sad.

  • It's sad that a human can inflict this much damage to his body and a lot of people act as if he's just doing him and what makes him happy. This is untreated mental illness.

  • He looks like he’s in a lot of pain in every video. Hope you get better dude You too, Russian Popeye

  • "When I hear bazooka hands, I'm expecting like lunchbox sized bear claws." Hey hey, lets not give the guy any more ideas...

  • God, it's genuinely saddening to see someone destroy themselves for the sake of attention.

  • There was a kid in our class, way back in middle school, who once fell over when he was balancing on a chair. Luckily, he wasn't hurt, but he got a lot of attention from it. From that day on, he'd fall over repeatedly, sometimes hitting his head and feeling pretty dizzy afterwards. Still, he kept going. No one was laughing anymore, people just found it...weird. Like, he was just falling over. I feel like, this is the same thing. He found one thing that got him attention, and now he repeats it over and over. Also the reason he is called "Bazooka Hands" is because in Russian, it means "Руки базуки" ("ruki bazooki"), which rhymes.

  • About “bazooka hands”: yep, that's a language barrier. Casual russian language doesn't have distinction between “arms” and “hands”. So, it's more like “bazooka arms”.

  • I actually do believe he’s got something going on mental health wise. I think he’d get better if he’d gotten help not just from the surgeon and therapists but you know, psychologist at least.

  • "The slapping tournament from a while back where he went up against Vasily Kamatski and got absolutely blasted and banished to the shadow realm. You might also recognize him from his lackluster MMA debut where he fought someone named 'The Old Man' twice and lost both times in a pretty humiliating fashion." Almost as if injecting shit into your muscles only makes them physically larger and doesn't actually make them any stronger. Imagine that...

  • Someone really needs to save that dude from himself. I normally wouldn't feel bad for someone doing stupid things and getting laughed at online, but this guy is going to die if he doesn't stop. He's a young guy and could still have a long life ahead.

  • Yeah, confusing arms and hands is a very slavic thing to do. As was pointed out before me by others here, I am sure, slavic languages don't really distinguish between the two as much as English does. I think the situation is even more lopsided when talking about feet and legs (this needs some deeper research but I feel it would be true in at least Slovak, Czech, Polish and the eastern languages, not so sure about e.g. Bulgarian). And as somebody who has a lot of training in linguistics I wouldn't hold against anybody who isn't a native confusing the two, things like that get really hard wired into your brain from your native language and it is hard to get rid of it. And as far the blue-green situation in Japanese is concerned... The question is what is a colour word and what is a "gramatically basic colour" because Japanese has definitely only four of those, aoi, shiroi, akai and kuroi, those get special treatment. Words like midori (that would be green) exist but they get different treatment - they are nouns and not adjectives etc. Midori is not only the colour green but also greenery as a concept, today I read in a book 「緑の匂いだった。」That wouldn't be "it smelled green", instead it would be "it smelled of leaves". There is a high number of these secondary colours, for example "mizuiro" which would be a different blue than "aoi". And because the first group is obviously primary and because in some cases "aoi" refers to blue or bluish colours people say that "blue is green in Japanese" which is not wrong but imprecise - it is based on an old theory about the relationship of colour words and culture. All languages have different boundaries between colours and treat them differently so there isn't anything to be argumentative about.

  • This has to be some form of body dysmorphia like people who get tons of plastic surgery or excessive breast implants. There's no end point, it's like the only thing that makes them feel good about themselves and its just tragic and unfortunate to say the least

    • It is

    • @LadyInsect I appreciate your correction, but correlation does not prove causation. You're right though, I wasn't perfectly accurate in my initial comment. We do not know exactly how nature and nurture affect sexuality and transness. Though there is no evidence that it is simply a product of trauma.

    • @LadyInsect That's straight up false and the same negative stereotype that pushed on gay people for a long time, being lgbt doesn't automatically mean trauma, and if you knew some actual doctors that worked with trans patients instead of whatever radfem Tumblr blog you got your false information from you'd know identical twins who are any branch of lgbt+ have a much higher chance of being lgbt as well, and yes that includes transgender.

    • @Arshad Zaidi there is actually a pretty concrete correlation between trauma and being trans. A set of twins, if being trans were genetic and hard set, would both logically transition or both be trans. That’s not the case however. Trans people are valid but trauma is part of the equation as our minds are plastic and can be made one way or the other by experiences alone. Because of twins identifying different ways both in sexuality and gender identity, It’s been concluded that neither can be something that people are born with. Again this isn’t invalidating, our minds are literally all that we are. But I don’t think what you said is technically correct. I hope that makes sense! Sorry for the paragraph

    • @WindReiter10 not commenting on anything political but consider the sample size! One bad review on a video game out of 10 reviews is way more concerning and relevant than 100 bad reviews out of 100,000 reviews on a popular game. LASIK is one of the most performed surgeries in the world so they will have more regret technically than those less performed surgeries. In which case your comparison doesn’t really mean very much and is a bit misleading which I don’t think you intended. The most popular thing usually will have way more negative reviews and that is what creates the review bias in your comparison. Sorry for interjecting and I hope I haven’t offended at all! I hope I explained it ok 😭

  • I'd heard of synthol before watching videos about these people, but I always assumed it was something designed to be injected into muscles, that would make them expand, and they would eventually shrink back down when the chemical leaves the body. Before the videos, I had no idea it was something dangerous these people were not supposed to be doing.

  • What I honestly don't get is why he went back to injections. I've seen a few serious interviews with him, and he's surprisingly business savvy. He earned a good amount on his clowning and invested most of it in real-estate. So if he has the wit and the money, why not invest in something safe like silicone implants, that will give him the same aesthetics with none of the risk?

  • Charlie.. you rule. As a compassionate person. I have nothing else to say. Good health to you. Stay strong.

  • Through my walk of life, I've learned a very good lesson, "never make the same mistake twice". It's a lesson I value dearly. It's probably even saved my life at some occasions. Unfortunately, I don't think this guy is gonna live to learn that lesson.

  • As a Russian, I'll explain "bazooka hands". In Russian, he got a nickname "ruki bazooki", which rhymes and means "bazooka arms", like you said. I think he wanted to translate this, but messed up because he thought that "hands" means "arms". My English is pretty good and I also just recently found out that hands and arms are two different things in English. So probably a translation mistake.

    • @TOMOTHY You always find out new things, herp derp. Read what he's writing, and you'll see his English is good.

    • @MrLuschimann yeah ofc there are separate words for shoulders, upper arms, elbows, lower arms, wrists, hands, fingers, nails and so on haha

  • I remember first seeing this guy in a meme and I felt so bad for laughing cuz I literally thought he had a tumor in his arm and I only found out who he was later... Man I can't imagine doing this to oneself

  • The man is the definition of "smile through the pain and torment"

  • I also feel bad for this guy. I cant imagine how much body dysphoria you must have to continue hurting yourself to change your apperance to this level

  • I’m impressed by how good you are at pronouncing the name Kiril It’s literally perfect

  • It’s honestly tragic what happened to his arms. He was too far in until he realized he was ruining his body. His arms will never be back to normal functionality. Currently in 2022 he has become addicted to facial surgery and is planning to alter himself into an “alien.”

    • Not tragic at all when an idiot hurts himself.

    • @Markus Wilson "Harold, I'm gonna be on television!!!" 🤣

    • Where's he getting all this money??

    • @YeaMan goofy 🤡

  • This is a legitimately sad story. I seriously dont know how he can get up each day, look at the huge scar on his arm, and keep injecting the same crap into his body... Addiction is a horrible thing.

  • I'm from Russia and I sort of heard what was happening when this guy blew up. He didn't call himself bazooka hands, the people did. He embraced it. I don't think he exactly knows how the anglosphere calls him.

  • As far as I'm concerned, once medical intervention has to be resorted to to save someone's life from a bad habit, and yet they continue doing it afterward, then it's best to just let natural selection take its course from there.

  • this guy is in the category of Eugenia coony and nickocado avocado. Right when you fix the problem thats killing you, you just cant help but go back to it

  • Unfortunately the feeling that hits me hardest while watching this video is fierce aversion and disgust. It's hard to see someone put themself through such hazardous and unnatural procedures all for the sake of views, or their own flawed self-image. I suppose it's the combination of seeing his diseased, bloated arms, the mismatched proportions they create, and the knowledge of the inevitable harm they are doing to him that makes his tiktoks so hard to watch for me. I hope that somehow, he gets a form of therapy to address the underlying issues behind his addiction.

  • The guy had to have dead muscle cut out from his arms and he doesn't work out so he's not going to rebuild a lot of that. Adding more fluid to his arms is just going to keep restricting him. The guy's an idiot and unfortunately for him it looks like he might end up needing to lose an arm before he learns that what he's doing isn't worth it.

  • so glad to see Charlie recognizing some underrated dance moves like the boot scootin boogie

  • Hope he's OK for real

  • I feel bad for people like him, literally killing himself because of other peoples perception of him having a negative effect on his perception of himself.

    • @_PanDart Rent free

    • It's his fkin fault, ma dude

    • Natural selection

    • @unfaithfulevil 🅥 police is just people in some outfits. executions are just acts or performances that costs someone their life.

  • I honestly feel body pain and aching when I look at vids of him

  • God dam I actually can barely look at him sends a chill down my spine 😭

  • Some people never learn their lessons, I still hope someone takes care of him and drains the biceps once and for all

  • He needs to keep doing this because he's completely unemployable in every way conceivable.

  • I can only imagine how the doctors who worked on his multiple life saving surgeries feel after witnessing all this 😞

    • @LRed13 That’s adorable, thank you.

    • @zac if you are only working for the money, you DO NOT become a doctor in a public clinic. There are so many more lucrative jobs if you're willing to rigorously study for half a decade and work insane shifts afterwards. Medical professionals, at least outside of the US, are in it because that's the profession they wanted. They wanted to help people.

    • @FuckinAntiPope As do mine friend, try not to argue with him tho, it’ll be frustrating I sense

    • @zac my doctors care about me, but that's probably because I am in germany where health care is fair for everyone

  • He almost gave his life making people feel like shit and loose hope in humanity… fucking legend

  • Second greatest intro on ID-tv, number one of course being the jump scare that haunts my nightmares

  • I always knew it was an idiocy, heresy, and a crime against the nature herself… I felt pity for him ever since, and I knew it was too late for him to recover his “manly beauty” the Nature granted him with in the first place. Poor bastard.

  • It looks like he had breast implants and went on the fastest rollercoaster in the world, the force of the wind pushed them into his armpits! ☹Just do the reps bro!!😩

  • As someone who speaks a little Russian, I can confirm that the “Bazooka hands” name is a language barrier issue. It’s руки базуки, which literally means “Hands bazooka-ish,” but it can be understood to mean “bazooka arms.” Edit, according to people who know more Russian than I do, apparently руки means both “hands” and “arms”

    • @moonasha Hand - кисть, ладонь, arm - рука, локоть.

    • @Fireholder it dies, its just the same word as for hand

    • Does Russian not have a word for 'arm'?

    • @unfaithfulevil Psychiatric Hospital Is Just A Place

    • @TrEs-2b or not to be hands and arms are just described as ruki

  • Pretty sad. I imagine when he walks into a bar and everyone stares because let’s face it, they would. He gets a high from that. Doesn’t matter if it’s for the reason he thinks, the attention is all that matters.

  • It’s sad and makes me feel uncomfortable. I hope this doesn’t end with death or depression

  • my mom and i were laughing at this guy a few weeks ago 😭

  • damn. he was the topic everyone, and i mean EVERYONE talked about when he first started doing that shit, now everyone kinda forgot abt him. yet he's still going. this is sad bro lmaoo

  • If you haven’t seen one of these people in person, it is so very shocking. It is difficult to take your eyes off them. Kinda like a car accident or other horror.

    • @unfaithfulevil 🅥 and jail is just a place, hell is just land that's just hot.

    • @kopi I can’t imagine how it feels to see 6+ replies in your notifications, all poking fun and jeering at your self-backstabbing comment.

    • @kopi i would definitely be astounded tbh

    • @Matt Zaharias genuinely never heard of it but it sounds cool

    • @Sauce SauceSauceSauce Really? You've never heard of "The Uncanny Valley" concept? What do you think its origins are?

  • I can’t imagine the amount of pain his arms must be in. Not just the original bloating in his biceps, but also the surgeries to remove the dead muscle cells as well as the more recent injections.

  • One of the favorite things about this guy is that you'll have Fitness Influencers look at him and say "I can't believe he'd do something that bad for your health just to look a certain way" then turn right around and inject a fat cycle of SARMs lmao

  • he really is going back to the very own thing that almost killed him…

  • Hes gonna become an action figure if He keeps going.

  • When I first saw the news that he's getting a surgery, I did hope to see him in a normal body but god I was wrong.

    • @Cheesepuff8 it's not a surgery. He's injecting himself

    • Man even got the dlc to be looking like he came out of a tim burton animated movie

    • R

    • @Cheesepuff8 the doctors literally Have to give him the surgery because of the hyppocrates oath. If that was what you were asking. If it's about getting the substance in the first place, it's either unregulated because this is just household/lab stuff or it was purchased illegally

    • @Cheesepuff8 I'm sure they have some more practical purpose, but you can't protect fools from themselves it seems.

  • Ugh, this is gut wrenching dude.

  • I'll make sure to show this guy to my family the next time they're dogging me for tattoos.

  • Maybe the hands Name refer to his incredible strength launching his hands like bazooka shots

  • So he nearly loses his life and still does the same thing. Sigh some people just don't learn.

  • How long was he doing this before he needed the first surgery? Can’t be nearly as much time before he needs another one. Poor dude.

  • I'm going to go out on a limb here and say that there is a pretty good possibility that he is also partaking in some higher-brain substances...

  • Correction: "He doesn't have bazooka hands YET." Just wait.

  • Ah, literal inflatable muscles. Plus Popeye had unusually large forearms. I can see the track marks and how does he even reach behind himself to wipe his @$$?

  • honestly body dysmorphia is a one of the most mentally straining things to have espeacially as someone who would feel not buff enough. Its like this constant paranoia that you are somehow remaining the same or regressing no matter how big you get and it starts to drive you to an angry insanity. This is definitely one of the worser cases but this is all said to keep in mind pick up on when you think someone is starting to take jokes or insults about thier physical apperance seriously, cause it can lead to some really fucked places like this.

    • @Sauce SauceSauceSauce TRT is incredible for men above 40-50, makes them look and feel way younger than without it. No conclusive results about its effects on life expectancy, but honestly i would rather live a comfortable life start to finish and die at 65 than start falling apart at 45, become an empty husk at 70 and still live to 100

    • @RLTR Insecurity/dysmorphia potato/potahto

    • He said multiple times that he does this for attention. When his life was in danger because of it he was asked if he regrets doing it and he said no, because he would have never had the opportunities he has, he would never live in the city he lives in, he would have never got to travel, dress the way he does or have the girl that he has. That's why he went back. Not dysmorphia.

    • @Sauce SauceSauceSauce TRT stands for "testosterone replacement therapy" so it really just depends on who is undergoing it and why.

    • Agree. In general, I think no comments on someone's appearance is appropriate unless it is something that can be fixed in 30 seconds (a booger, a cow lick, etc)

  • Reminds me of this guy who was saved out in the desert, dude was literally found on the verge of death. Well after being saved, this man went BACK out to the desert to do work on his car, so tht it could be towed to his house in the morning. Welp, he never made it back home cuz he started walking around the desert to find some resort he was looking for, got stranded again and died. I don't get it, but rip bro

  • That’s funny he gave him props for his poop scoop move lol 😂

  • i want to know how hard he can flex his arms before they pop

  • He acutely can build a very good amount of muscles in hes arm with thus 2 years.

  • The fact that he cant move his arms very much anymore could be caused by an infection destroy nerve or muscle tissue. Honestly if he doesn't stop right now he probably wont live another 2-3 years

    • doctor anonymous over here

    • I will lose no sleep when he bites dust

    • @L kinda painful bruh

    • @Gašper it depends on how regularly he gets looked at. He could get a nasty infection and it be too late once he starts getting it treated. Don’t know shit about medicine, but his arms look pretty bad.

    • source: trust me

  • We call em "Arms Bazookas" or in russian "Руки Базуки" , and the most big meme of him , was "Двоечка" ,or "One, two", that was mega fun in time of his fame, but look at him now , I dont laugh anymore, its just sad.

  • When he jiggled his dead bicep I felt ill. He looks so proud and confident. Adding 2019 guy was a great addition lol

  • Old man is Oleg Mongol - cult classic guy for modern post-soviet internet, as many others.

  • So, its normal to bend your arm when you flex because it makes the muscle look bigger but for him, that difference would be negligible since his size doesn't come from his muscle fibers.

  • Imagine what the doctors feel like after having drained all that oil and explained how awfully dangerous the usage is.. most of what a doctors life is now, the specialization aside, is just shaking your head and asking yourself why you‘re even doing what your doing. Last week we‘ve performed a lung-transplant for a person who has smoked for decades but managed to quit for an entire YEAR before the op, the operation itself was a success. I talked to him/her afterwards and told him that he‘ll survive etc. and asked whether he‘d learned his lesson, ofcourse he/she did.. a week later he was allowed to go home, took two steps out of the hospital, pulls out a cigarette and almost made me jump out of the fucking window. Man/Woman got his new lungs and said let‘s ruin it all again. You can‘t imagine how immensely disappointed I was. Yes we get payed but still, there‘s so much effort, time and care put into it, I for once was actually speechless. Sorry about any misspellings I‘m german, just wanted to let this out and hopefully get my mind of it, have a good day.

    • holy shit lol

    • @Huff_Puff technically the lungs are not his and could have gone to a person who would treat them better and live longer with them. Imho if someone is going to destroy their lungs with smoking and go back go smoking after getting precious donor lungs, they don't deserve the new lungs. If they want to smoke and die that's their choice, but we shouldn't give them lungs to keep destroying them.

    • If only could medicine cure stupidity

    • Are you using he/she to keep the patient anonymous? If so, you can you use they/them prounouns as a neutral alternative.

  • I honestly feel bad for this guy

  • I feel sorry for the wasted efforts of the doctors who tried to save his life.

  • If we’re getting technical enough that bazooka hands is incorrect I’d like to take this moment to remind people that Popeye had inflated forearms not biceps

  • Remember guys, at the end of the day it's night, and every little thing is gonna be oilright

  • He took “what doesn’t kill you makes you stronger” too literally

    • I guess ‘whatever doesn’t kill you makes you stranger’ is accurate here

    • @Hickory Wallingford And it was killing him. Yeah doesn't work too well.

    • Except it's not making him stronger

    • In his case "What doesn't kill you fucks you up mentally".

    • "But what if they cut off my hands!" -Jacksepticeye

  • Doesn't this cause like a lot of damage to the muscle in the arms and joints problems later down the line?

    • Of course

  • Why does 2019 guy go so well with his dancing? 🤣

  • Going back to it after needing a life saving surgery because of it is insanity

  • I love how he just doesn’t consider working out

  • This has to be so painful. Injecting anything into your muscles is extremely unpleasant, and now he is doing it in his face. I can’t imagine how much that kills. He clearly has some sort of addiction to a lot of aspects about it, and I’m sure the pain is part of it. It’s like a mix of self harm and body dysmorphia. Very unfortunate

  • wanna say that not "the old man", that "the Oleg Mongol" he's a legend ( 1:55 )

  • Looking at this guy brings me intense discomfort yet I can't look away

  • That's why all this "it's my body, I do whatever I want" people should be treated by psychiatrist first

  • He got permanent damage to his arms the first time, and it is a miracle that he managed to retain some movement, but doing this again.. He's almost certainly going to lose his arms, if not his life.

  • It's so disturbing to me how much people are willing to risk just for the views and likes.

    • People have been sacrificing more than that for a shot at the big time since long before the internet.

    • You ARE going to do it for the vine, right?
